I generally don’t like words when I’m meditating, it takes my attention away from letting myself go and I focus on the words. I almost turned this off when the words started, but decided to ride it out. I’m glad I did. It’s a beautiful piece and it let me relax into my being and find my peace. Thanks for sharing.
