Your Power Symbol Meditation

So when you've made yourself nice and comfortable,

Just gently close your eyes.

In the closing of your eyes,

You let go of the outside world and you begin to venture into your inner world.

Whatever is going on in your outside world,

We can just leave it there,

Knowing it will be there when you come out of this meditation,

But for this time,

Let's venture into our inner worlds,

Into the magic,

Into the wonderment,

Into the freedom.

Bring your focus to your breath and just gently breathe in and breathe out.

Take a deep breath in and just feel it go all the way down deep,

Deep into your abdomen.

Hold it and then just gently breathe out.

Keep breathing until all that air is expelled and then try and go a little bit more.

Breathing out,

Breathing out and then take another deep breath in and as you're breathing in,

Just imagine that you're drawing your awareness within and as you breathe out,

Just gently let go of all things you no longer need.

Any worries from the day or the night,

Any niggles or annoyances,

Just let it all go.

Breathe in and breathe out.

With each breath,

Feel your body relaxing,

Letting go.

You can imagine breathing into your muscles and just feeling them soften,

Letting go.

Imagine that the room is beginning to fill with a beautiful violet light,

Purple,

Mauve and violet light pouring into the room.

Violet is the colour of transformation,

Of higher wisdom.

Let it pour into the room and let it move around you like a gentle mist.

Loving you,

Wave after wave,

Relaxation and love just pours over you.

The whole room is filled with this violet light,

Shimmering and shining in purple and violet hues and tones and you are illuminated in this beautiful violet light.

Breathe it in,

Breathe it in through your nose and your mouth,

Breathe it in through all the pores of your skin,

Breathe it in through the soles of your feet and breathe it in through the top of your head.

Allow it to just pour through you,

Filling you with this beautiful higher wisdom,

This healing light of transformation and this transformation is helping you to become more of you.

You are not becoming something different,

You will recognise yourself,

You are just becoming more of you.

This transformation is helping to release and heal anything that is not yours,

Any beliefs or values that are outdated and no longer serve you are being transformed into love and just gently released.

This is the process of transformation,

It's allowing all of the things that no longer serve you to be transformed into love and just released and so imagine that this beautiful violet light is filling every part of you,

Going deeper and deeper until it fills every cell within your body,

The building blocks of you,

Of your physical body and as this violet light flows into all of your cells,

It's like they all breathe a collective sigh of relief because now they can fulfil their potential.

This violet light is releasing all resistance,

Releasing any toxins,

Physical and mental,

Anything that is stopping your cells from fulfilling their potential and this beautiful violet light is feeding and flowing into the mitochondrial of every cell within your body which is where energy is created in your cells.

Each cell has its own energy and we want to allow every cell to be able to do what it is meant to do so that your physical body can feel free and liberated and know that from this point onward,

Every cell within your body will be born in balance,

Will be born in love,

No resistance and how wonderful is that.

That also includes all of the cells in your brain,

All the neuron cells.

You are being healed,

Cleansed,

Cleared,

Activated into the true wisdom of you,

That person you've always known but may have forgotten.

Let her or him come to the surface now,

Get to know yourself.

You are so wonderful and so take another deep breath in of that violet light and imagine that it flows all the way through you,

Out the bottom of your feet,

Into the earth and you can feel that anything you no longer need just flows through you and out the bottom of your feet into the earth and you feel grounded and centered,

Renewed.

Just take your focus now to that place in the middle of your chest,

To your heart and you can imagine that you're walking up to your heart and we can see it today as a huge love heart and just walk along this path towards your heart and you see that there is a door and as you arrive at this door,

You take a deep breath in and you open it up because you are about to enter your own heart,

The feeling part of you,

The knowing,

The wisdom,

The intuitive,

The unconditional.

In this place,

There is no one you need to be,

There is nothing you need to say,

There is just simply being you,

So open the door and walk into your heart.

There may be somebody there waiting for you or an animal,

A guide,

Light being.

Through your heart,

You have access to the whole universe.

The whole universe lives within your heart and your heart lives within the universe.

Feel how wonderful you feel in this space,

How free,

How liberated and you gently,

Gently walk deeper and deeper into your heart,

Walking into the deeper aspects of you,

Feeling the qualities of your soul which are bliss,

Knowingness and love.

Bliss,

Knowingness and love.

Bliss,

Knowingness and love.

Moving deeper and deeper into the mystery of you,

Into the bliss and the knowingness and the love of you and you come upon another door and this door moves you into a secret chamber within your heart and in this secret chamber is your power centre.

To open the door into this secret chamber and step into your power centre and as you walk in,

You feel a whooshing all around you,

Lots of energy moving and shifting around you,

Your inner power and you feel it move through you and there is this sense of freedom,

Of liberation and of empowerment,

A remembrance of who you truly are.

And as you step a little further into your inner power,

You see a flame,

A flame of inner power and it is always,

Always burning within you.

And today we're going to grow it into a huge fire by placing upon this flame all of your dreams and desires,

All of the things that you truly want to experience this life,

Throw them onto the flame.

There are no limits here.

There is no subject off limits.

This is between you and your own heart,

Your own soul,

Your inner power.

So place upon this flame all that you desire,

All that you dream of and with each desire and dream,

Your flame begins to burn.

And with each desire and dream,

Your flame begins to grow,

Becoming bigger and bigger.

So I'm just going to give you a little time to grow your fire,

To grow your inner desires,

Your inner dreams by placing your desires and dreams upon your flame.

And now you have grown your flame and it is turned into this beautiful fire within you,

The fire of your desires,

Of your dreams.

And now from the middle of that fire,

A symbol is going to come out of it and towards you.

And this is going to be your power symbol that connects you to your inner fire,

To your dreams and your desires and reminding you that you can feel them in every moment and feel that they are within you.

You can feel them in every moment and feel that they are on their way.

And this symbol may be a geometric symbol,

It may be a colour,

A word,

A feeling.

Whatever it is,

See it now rising out of the fire and moving towards you.

Allow your symbol to land in your cupped hands,

Feel it and then take that symbol and place it in your heart.

Allow that feeling from that symbol to just move through every part of you,

Let it flow into every Let it flow into every cell,

Let it become you.

Your symbol is connecting you to your dreams and desires,

It is activating them and the pathway towards them is now going to show up in your life.

You will feel it by inspired action to take.

This pathway will be filled with cooperative components,

People that will help you come into your life.

Overheard conversations,

Information that comes to you,

Inspiration.

An inspiration may be going for a walk,

Taking time for yourself,

Being gentle on yourself,

Being gentle on others.

Listen to yourself and act on your inspiration.

Your fire is burning,

It is the energy and the fuel within you.

It is energizing you,

Energizing the remembrance of you,

It's lighting up every part of you.

It is your inner fire,

Your inner strength,

Your inner force and it is now this beautiful healthy fire.

And so we turn around now,

Knowing that we have created this inner energy within us.

And you step out of that secret chamber within your heart,

Knowing that you can come back here whenever you want to,

To refuel your inner fires or feel them.

And as you step out of the secret chamber of your heart into the depths of your heart,

You are greeted by your symbol which you placed in your heart.

It fills your heart,

Your power symbol.

And allow yourself to walk through your power symbol because it's all around you.

Feel it activating the absolute wisdom and truth of you.

Who are you truly and who do you truly want to be and want to create this life?

How do you want to live your life?

How do you want to feel in your life?

And you gently walk through your heart space to the door from whence you came in.

And you open the door and you step out onto the path.

And you look within your heart and you can see this beautiful power symbol.

And you can feel the wonderment,

The expansion of you.

You have no limits.

You are part of everything and everything is part of you.

You are one with all things.

You are connected to all things.

You are connected to all things.

What one feels we all feel.

You are much more important than you think you are.

You are a way for the universe to know itself.

And you are the universe.

And you shut the door and you walk down your path now.

And you know that you're always connected to your heart.

And you can visit this place whenever you want to.

And eventually you will leave the door open and live your life.

And eventually you will leave the door open and live your life with an open heart.

But just do this whenever you feel ready.

And you gently walk down this path.

And that beautiful violet light,

That purple light begins to surround you now like a mist.

And you feel yourself floating in this beautiful purple light.

You feel completely renewed,

Cleansed and cleared,

Revived.

And just gently bring your focus to your breath as you breathe in and breathe out.

And upon this beautiful violet purple light you begin to feel yourself expanding,

Moving into your physical body.

It's like your liquid light filling up every part of your physical.

Moving all the way down into your toes,

All the way into your fingers and all the way to the top of your head.

It's like you're filling in your physical body with your spirit.

And you begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Feeling into your physical body,

Into your physical body,

Bringing your mind and your body and your spirit all together as one.

Being fully aligned,

Right here,

Right now,

In this moment.

Take a deep breath in and out.

And when you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes and see the world through new eyes.
