A meditative poem on practice,

Convergence,

And light.

Inspired by our book,

Everything Matters,

By Dennis and Kathy Lang.

Life is a practice.

We practice moment by moment,

Breath by breath.

Inhalation,

Exhalation.

Living and practicing within the flow of life.

Our lives are imperfect,

But we are perfect within.

As though ironic,

We live under a veil.

The veil of separation.

Negativity.

Complacency.

Darkness.

A paradox is this veil of our own making.

Through life,

We learn what is right and unlearn that which is wrong.

With practice and time,

We converge.

Convergence upon the truth which removes the veil.

A realization that was within us all along.

The light of truth lies within each of us.

A perfect,

Ever-present,

Unchanging,

And all-knowing light.

Practice.

Live.

Practice more.

Remove the veil.

Find your light.

Love your light.

Shine your light.

Find your light.

Love your light.
