We're going to take a few moments to relax and relieve some stress.
In this meditation,
We will use box breathing and the singing bowl tones of the C note to ground and center us.
The C note represents the root chakra.
Partway through,
You will hear the F note of the singing bowl for emotional relaxation.
The F note represents the heart chakra.
Let's begin.
Breathe out slowly,
Releasing all air from your lungs.
Breathe in through your nose as you slowly count to four in your head.
Hold your breath for a count of four.
Exhale for another count of four.
Do that now.
Let's do that again.
Breathe in through your nose as you slowly count to four in your head.
Hold your breath for a count of four.
Exhale for another count of four.
Very good.
Let's do that one more time.
Breathe in through your nose as you slowly count to four.
Hold your breath for a count of four.
Exhale for another count of four.
Feel the weight of your body being supported by the ground beneath you.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to relax more deeply,
Letting go of any stress.
As the sound of the bowl resonates,
Imagine that every vibration is calming every muscle,
Every cell,
And every thought.
On the inhale,
Breathe in peace.
On the exhale,
Release stress.
With every sound,
Feel yourself becoming lighter and more at ease.
You are safe in this moment,
Grounded,
Calm.
Notice how the sound travels through your body,
Washing away tension.
Allow this moment to be just for you,
To release and renew.
Stay with this calmness.
Feel how it surrounds and protects you.
When you're ready,
Slowly bring your awareness back,
Carrying this peace with you.
