Will I Be Able To Feel The Expansion Of Awareness/Knowingness/Witness?

Now expansion also is mind's activity.

When you go to a course and they tell you now feel the energy around now expand the energy.

What are you doing?

You're actually focusing.

It is the same focus that happens when you're reading a paragraph in the book.

You're focusing on something to understand what is said like you're focusing right now to listen to it.

But the knower knows that Sainath is focusing.

Similarly when you are expanding your aura or whatever you're expanding your energy,

There is a knower knowing that the mind is expanding the energy.

This is also an activity of the mind.

If you are going deeper there is a knower of this activity.
