Good morning, Everyone. Good evening, Good afternoon, Wherever you are, And welcome to this week's Weekly Energy Boost. We have a very special episode today. As you can see, If you're watching the video cast, I am not in the studio. We are doing a remote live direct to Israel with my better half, Mordechai Balas, Who is here to share with us how to make our spaces sacred, Really to elevate and to purify our, Specifically our home. But a lot of what we're going to talk about today applies to any space. We've dedicated the last few episodes on topics related to creating the home we desire. This is the month of Virgo, And in the month of Virgo, Our tendency is to be focused on the details, Being into organizing, Clearing, Sorting. And one of the most important things in life that we rarely give time to sorting is our energy and is the energy around us. So if you've heard the last few episodes, You know that a lot of the questions that came up were around how to change the energy, How to know if you're in the right place, What to do if the energy isn't what you want it to be. So we're dedicating today's show to focusing on those questions and of course more. The weekly energy boost is a seven-day energy forecast, Spiritual energy forecast. We've been focusing on monthly themes to provide even more wisdom and tools to help our listeners navigate the potential challenges and also the powerful opportunities that come to us on a regular basis to create those small shifts and transformations that lead to a truly fulfilling and balanced life. It's funny because in the previous month, We focused on food and nutrition and wellness. And there's a funny parallel between the two because in the food episodes, We also talked about there is preventative medicine when it comes to eating and also curative approaches, Things that we can do when we recognize that we're not in a healthy state or maybe there's an addiction or some sort of self-defeating pattern that we recognize in the way we approach food, In the way we live in our homes, It's very similar. And I think the best place for us to start this conversation is what are the things that we do or don't do that have the most impact on the energy in the space around us and of course more specifically our home. I think we can start with first of all the idea that like the consciousness that teacher Alberg is sharing with us always that consciousness is everything. And the Zohar, The main text of Kabbalah talks about it that everything, Especially our home, And there's obviously a difference between home and a house, Right? Like people saying, You know, I'm buying a home. I'm not buying a house, Right? Like someone would buy a house, It would be more of an investment, Let's say than buying a home. So it's obviously not about the four walls, It's about the energy. We're looking for the energy of feeling cozy, Feeling safe, Feeling love, Feeling energy, Positive energy. And the Zohar talks about the idea of creating that energy that starts with us. I mean, Yes, There is the feng shui and the Kabbalistic feng shui, But it first of all starts with us, With the awareness that we are continuously bringing energy to the place that we live in, To the place that we walk, Unless we also walk from home, Right? But it's like continuously the walls are observing energy. There's even a saying by the Kabbalists that the stone of the wall will scream. And I can share from my experience being in so many different places using the space, The Kabbalistic space cleansing, That you could almost feel at certain times like the walls are speaking. So it starts with the awareness that we need to know that, Yeah, I can do whatever I am supposed to do and we'll talk about it, Right? Like how can I improve the energy in my home, In my office? And at the same time, That is going to get us to a level of, Let's say, Rebooting the energy or adding positive energy. And then starts a journey of how much energy, Positive energy are you depositing, Right? So if you have, Let's say, An argument with someone or you get upset, You get reactive in any way, You worry, The walls, They observe the energy. And this is also affecting our sleep so many times, Right? Because it's hard for us to go to sleep if there's something, Even if there was something that happened today in that room and we're not able to clear that energy, That will get us to a place that we will toss around and it will be hard for us to go to sleep because the energy is still there. So that's, I think, The beginning of the journey. And from here, You can also add energy, Right? So for example, The Zohar talks about and the Kabbalists talk about the corners of the room, Any room, Right? So you want to get to a place and we also do that in the space cleansing that we do that we make sure that we give in certain times if we feel the person is open to it, We give different recommendations. So for example, Let's say if you have a corner that in the corner there's like a statue or a furniture, A piece of furniture that leaves an empty space, Like a triangle behind it in the corner. So usually what we recommend is to put a plant over there, Put something that is full with life, Put a fountain that brings continuously like energy, Energy of life. And we usually recommend to refrain from putting, Let's say, Plastic plants because it doesn't really have, I mean, It looks like a plant, But it doesn't really have the energy of life. We need the energy to be vibrant. And this goes on, Right? I mean, To storages, Like you need to be creative with your storages and it's very important. I'm saying it also to myself, Right? It's very important to be as clean and as organized as it can be. And obviously for those of us that have beautiful, Wonderful souls, Wonderful children, You can't keep the house as a museum, Right? Like everything is perfect. Like my brother told me, My house is so clean. I said, You know, You still don't have kids. Let's talk about it when you have a few little ones that are running around, Let's see how much you get to keep the house organized, Right? But also children bring the energy of life. Even pets, Right? I'm not going to go into which pet is better, But even certain pets, They really add positive energy, Energy of love, Energy of care, Energy of service, Right? So it's continuously in this journey of first of all, Having the awareness that the walls are continuously observing energy. That's the first level. And then start the journey that I'm aware that now I rebooted the energy with my energy. I can add, I can deduct the energy that was not so, That was actually very positive. I can lose energy. And then comes also the physical things that we can do in the day to day. And it's also a soul, Right? A soul is talking to us. Like we need to listen to our internal being and to see, Do I feel comfortable? Let's say when we need to put some furniture in the house. Let's say we just moved in. Let's, Like a teacher would say, Talk to the chair, Talk to the, Right? Like have a conversation with whatever it is that you want to buy, Even if it's online. Like, Do you want me to bring you to my home? Do you, Will you add some energy? And listen, And if you don't get a clear answer, It's okay. You know, Maybe it's not the time to get this piece of furniture, Or maybe it's not the right thing for you. And our teacher Albert talks about the buyer's remorse. Like you, You bought this sofa and then like two days later, Like, Why did I get it? Like, Why did I get it? Like, I need to return this. Like, And it's so, Because it's not aligned with our energy. So it's really learning to develop the language with the inanimate objects, Which is by the way, The hardest, I don't want to discourage anyone, But it's the hardest language to learn. Because let's say with human beings, You can talk, You can communicate. With, With animals, Some people, I'm not like a dog, A dog whisperer or anything like that, But there are people that do that and they can feel, And they can see that their, Their pet is in pain or that their pet needs something. And then there's the level of the plants, Which it's a lower level than the animals and the humans, But still there are people that really like talk to plants, Feel the energy of plants and the inanimate objects that's in so many ways like the hardest one, Because like, When is the chair going to talk to you? When is the table going to talk to you? I mean, Yeah, When you bump your leg in the, In the bed or in the chair, That's like a way of communication, But the communication is relatively limited. What about a lot of what you shared so far seems to speak to either people who live alone or people that are on the same page as the others who live with them. So if it's, You know, You're in a family where both of you are spiritual and trying to elevate your consciousness and grow, But there's a lot of people out there that are not aligned, To borrow from your word, Not aligned with the people that they live with, Whether it's a couple where one is, Is on a spiritual path and the other isn't, Maybe we have listeners who are living with their parents and they're not on the same page. How much control do we have? I don't know that that's really the question I'm asking, But what do we do if the energy in the home is not only on us? What if there are other people who are responsible for the energy in our home? So this is a very good question. I think it starts with the idea that if you are, Let's say the only one that is in the house that has this, Let's say relatively more spiritual inclined, Elevated consciousness, First of all, Look at it as an opportunity. Like, Wow, I get to bring, I get to feel the skill. I get to bring, Not from a place of patronizing, Like I'm better than my spouse because I'm spiritual or I'm better than my parents because I get it. I get the energy. No, From the place of getting the opportunity, Like I can be the one in charge in the house. Like maybe the other individual is in charge of doing other things, But I can be in charge of bringing the positive energy to the house. So that's the first thing, Right? Seeing it as an opportunity. The second part is you want to start and I would say many of the cases it's more effort on the side of this one that is taking the responsibility to really educate. It's actually when we enter a new home, There's a concept in Hebrew, It's called Chanukah Tabayit. I don't know how you translate it. Dedicating, Dedicating the house? It's more like educating the house. Like you're saying, This is why it's recommended, The Kabbalah is recommended to bring people for the first time that you are like educating the house, Maybe even to do like a spiritual connection to bring positive energy, Maybe with some good food. But the essence is that once you get to this place that you know, Okay, I'm in charge of bringing the energy, I need to start educating my home. And that means every time that I come in, What's the energy that I'm setting, That I'm bringing into the home? Every time I'm going out, It's like someone is turning on the alarm, Which energy am I turning on so the house will vibrate on while I'm away. And we have different Kabbalistic tools that support us. Like for example, The mezuzah. The mezuzah is a special parchment that has a sequence of the Hebrew letters, The Aramaic letters originally from the Bible, And it's written by one of our teachers, One of our scribers. It takes them like three hours to write one, And it's placed in the entrance to the doorframe and to the right side. I mean, If you're facing from the outside, It's to the right side. And it's forcing the energy that is already in the house. Even if there is energy that doesn't serve you in the best way, It's forcing it. It's like energy converter. So even if someone enters the house and they have like, I don't know, Like energy that is not so. . . They had a rough day at home, At work, Or they had a challenging conversation just before they got in. Or it's hard for them to be happy for someone else. And they enter your home. And so it's not necessarily easy, But the mezuzah is a tool that automatically converts. It's like constantly walking, It automatically converts the energy. We also encourage to put volumes of the Zohar, Of the main text of Kabbalah, Because it's not just a book, It's energy that continuously vibrates in different places in the house. We also recommend to put one in the car, Right? But different places in the house. And let's say if it's the bedroom, Right? If it's the bedroom, So you want to put the volume of the Zohar, Let's say volume number six, Which is more related to an energy of sleep, You want to put it in the bedroom. Or let's say for the living room, You want to put maybe volume number one, Which is more of the energy of following your destiny. Or the volume of Terumah, I don't remember which volume is it in the English, Or even just like the Black Zohar, The sacred Zohar, Which is the whole Zohar in different rooms, Because it's like a spiritual herb, You're a fire. It continuously converts any energy that doesn't serve you to a positive energy. So the Kabbalists gave us on top of the physical recommendations that we can use. For example, Like the physical positioning of different things, Even the bed or the table, Like the Kabbalists teach us that if you want to connect to a great wealth, Then you want to put your, Let's say the dining table in the north part of the house. Or let's say if you have a meditation room or a place that you study, That you inject energy of spirituality, The Kabbalists recommend that it will be in the south area of the house, Because the south is connected to the energy of wisdom. Or if you want to connect to, You want to have spiritual connections, Like you're actually doing meditations, So the Kabbalists teach it's good to do it on the east side. So there's, And on top of these recommendations, The Kabbalists gave us different tools like the mezuzah, Like the Zohar, That if that's not enough, Like the physical, The way you put things, And you need to be in tune. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase or whatever, Like that furniture, Even if you brought that furniture from another home to this new location and it doesn't feel right, Okay, You know, You have like around 30 days to change the energy. Like you don't have to stay like with anxiety like, Oh my god, I should get rid of this chair. You have like around 30 days to change the energy. But on top of all of it, It's the continuous investment that you put. Let's say you dedicate time in your day to meditate, You dedicate time in your day to listen to your breathing, To read a book, Or to even listen to a class about spirituality. And it's a long-term investment. If you continuously, It's not just, Oh I just put my bed like this and I put my dining table over there, That's it, I'm set. No, Now starts the journey. Like when a couple gets married, It's not like, Okay, Now everything is great, We are set for life. Even if someone makes a big load of money, There has to be continuation of flow of energy. So the moment you move into your new home, After you're watching us or listening to us in this session, Now starts the journey. Okay, Now you know. So now starts the journey of, I'm supposed to make a long-term investment every single day if possible to set the time that I'm bringing energy, Positive energy to the house. By listening to classes, Watching class about spirituality, By reading, By meditating, It's an ongoing journey. It's not like something that I just did it and now I'm set. So I think what you've shared so far falls under the category of preventative medicine, Right? Making sure that whatever is in my control, I am taking charge and assigning roles to my bed, To my table, To, You know, One of the things you brought up was about the Zohar. And we mentioned the Zohar in almost every episode, But most often as a source of wisdom and not a source of blessing and protection that it really is. It's almost like a satellite dish that draws that positive energy to it. And we have countless stories of, You know, How people had the Zohar with them and really just simply by holding it, By having it in the room, By having it in a medical procedure or different things like that, They were able to in a way rewrite the script of the scene that was taking place. And, You know, The Kabbalists give us these tools in a way to give us the best odds, The best chance at success relative to the person, Whatever they define their success as. But to understand that these things, I think what you were saying is that they don't do the job for us. They don't. We still have the spiritual responsibility to choose wisely and to be mindful about our thoughts, Our words and our actions that of course we want to share. And I'll give you guys a little bit more understanding towards the end of the episode on different things that you can bring into your home, Like the Zohar and the Mezuzah that can help shift things or even help you. I think one of the things that people are looking for, One of the most common questions we get is how do I stay positive? How do I maintain expansive consciousness? How do I stay peaceful in the midst of conflict? And that's something that we can talk about at the end as well. But I think one of the bigger questions that's coming up is what are the most important things for me not to do, Not to feel, Not to. . . What are the most detrimental things that can happen in a home that, I don't want to use the word ruin, But that negatively impact the energy in our homes? So if we need to bring it up, Right? So it's mostly evil speech, Gossip, Like listening to gossip. And for those of us that love watching the news, You might want to look into finding a news channel that speaks about developments in nature, Like good news and news, Because the walls also. . . If you're watching the news, The walls also observe the energy of the news, Right? So it's what we speak about. Is it productive? Is it helpful? Is it building versus also what we listen to? And it's really amazing. There's a whole. . . We can go on and on, Right? But even music, Right? You can put music that is really and I'm not saying to one person or another, The music that you like to listen to is not. . . But there are different musics, Different types of musics that are, Let's say, Not the best, Like not the most peaceful, Not the most contributing energy. I'm not saying if you don't like classic music, That's okay. But to find music that is pleasant. And even when you are away, Let's say you're off to your office, You can have while you're away a playlist, Something that goes on and on of beautiful music. People enter the. . . Even if you get back after eight hours, The walls already observe the energy. So you want to refrain from speech and talk about things that are not so supporting, Also maybe like related to jealousy, Like I can't believe. . . And it's also in the level of the thoughts, Right? Like thoughts of lack, Of the thoughts of being envy at someone versus there's enough for everyone and there's also for me. And I think that is important, That sense to listen for, In Loads of Thick Freeitarianism, Envy someone versus there's enough for everyone and there's also for me and I'm getting exactly everything that I can receive and I'm receiving everything that the force of creation wants to give to me. So that's one thing in terms of what we listen to, What we speak about. There's what we want to refrain is also from what we look at. So it's also the TV but it's also you want to put like in your home things that are pleasant for you to look at. If it's like a really nice picture, A nice statue which we also, The whole thing with the statues, It's also important to understand that also these objects observe energy. So for example we recommend if it's something that was, We don't know the source of it. Like we got it from someone but maybe it's originally from a certain place that they do black magic, Witchcraft, Voodoo, This stuff surprisingly still exists. So we want to be also very careful with what we bring in to our house. Also the companies do not recommend, Just as a side note, To put vessels like even as a jar and to keep the jar empty throughout the night because it's still empty space that energy that doesn't serve us can enter. So in terms of the eyes you want to look at things that are really, Really supporting you. I know you had an episode about, At least one episode about the eyes. So especially in the home you want to surround yourself with things that are pleasant for you and hopefully the other people that live in the house will also agree with that. Not just like, You know I like this picture so I'm going to bring it. It's good also to consult, To speak with the other people that live in the house if they feel good about it, If they feel comfortable about it. And also smells. So if you want to refrain from smells, Let's say if they're doing a construction, I know they did construction next to our house for a certain time, Like it's also the noises, But sometimes like they're doing some walk outside and there's like a faulty smell outside. You don't want to bring it in. But also another thing that you can do is to light a candle when you're in the home and you're still awake so it's still safe. But also to put something like an instrument that brings a beautiful scent, Whatever works for you. If you like vanilla, If you like anything else, Whatever, Like you want to bring the energy of a good smell. And that's not only in the restrooms, If anyone needs like the constant maintenance over there, It's also in the living room, It's also in the bedroom. If there's something that is gentle and doesn't make you sneeze or anything like that and you know that you will enjoy, Think about the benefit that even while you're asleep, You are constantly inhaling that energy. So it's always the two sides. It's refraining from energy related to that sense. Even a touch, Right? I would like a couch that I just put my hands on the couch and it feels good, You know, In my hands or a chair that feels good, You know, It needs to feel good. So that's another element. So from all the five senses, You want to refrain from energy that is not serving us, Whether it's the evil speech, The gossip, The listening to music that is not so calming, Not so supporting your energy. And also from what you see from, Try and think what else, Right? And from what you feel and then comes the level of the consciousness. When it comes to the level of the consciousness, You know, You had a rough day, You're coming back home, You had a challenge, You got a phone call while you are at home of someone that is like, It's disturbing. So it's human. We humans, We're going to have moments that takes us off the right mindset as long as we set the intention. And we also ask the energy in our home to support us. You know, I just got this email, I just got this phone call. I'm asking for all the energy that I invested in these walls. I'm asking for the energy to come now and support me and really give me the energy that I need to come back to where I was before. I like to share always with my students that from the point of view of the creator, It's like a faucet. It's always giving us energy. And we are like the vessel, Right? We are the cup, I don't know if you can see the cup, For those of us that are watching. But we are like the cup and the faucet. The faucet is continuously giving us energy. And in the moments that we are off, We got a challenge, We got some news, We got reactive. We just moved the cup away, The vessel away from the faucet, And as long as we have the intention to get back and to be under the faucet to receive the energy, And the house, If we invest continuously every day, The house will come to the home, Will come to support us in the moment that we really need it. So it's a relationship that you develop with your home. It's a relationship that you develop with your office. It's a relationship that you develop with your storage. People usually come to the storage, I need a suitcase and let's get out of here. How many of us get into storage and like so pleasant. Most of us maybe are not like that, But even to develop a relationship with the storage, I appreciate you that you store all the stuff that I don't want to see in the day to day within you. So I'm really thankful that you exist. I'm really thankful for every part of the home to inject appreciation, To inject love, To say to the house, I really love you. I really love you. I love, And it's like, You know, This expression like talking to the walls. I really love you. I really appreciate what you're giving me. So it's appreciation and it's also asking for the energy of the support. And we know this from the companies that there are certain places in the world, Especially here we're broadcasting from Israel. So you might be even feeling like a greater energy, But there are certain places in the world that the energy from 4, 000 years ago is still there. I mean, You enter a restaurant and you are more inclined to sit over there rather than sitting over here. What's the difference? It's the same chair, The same table. Maybe this one has a better view, But maybe someone had an argument just a moment ago in that place that you don't want to sit. But the soul is continuously guiding us, Even if we are not super spiritual, Guiding us towards where I should be sitting, Where I should be. Even when we are in search for a home, Our soul is continuously guiding us. No, No, Not this place. It looks nice, But it doesn't have the energy that I'm looking for. And everyone is different. So it's continuously developing a relationship and it's continuously being in a place that you appreciate, You show love. And this energy, It's also known by physics, Is never really lost. And that's why when we get to certain places, We feel like energy or vibe or love. I remember the Cabal Center in Jerusalem, One of them, When I had the privilege and the merit to teach there, It used to be an Italian restaurant. And the moment I stepped into the big yard that was there, Like, Wow, It felt so special. So I asked the owner, What's up with this balcony? Like, It feels so nice. Makes you want to go to the balcony all the time. So the owner said this balcony, Every couple, One of the people from the couple wanted to propose, They would book the table that is on the balcony and they would propose on the balcony. So this is like the balcony of love. The energy stays there. And obviously we have Cabalistic tools that can cleanse energy that doesn't serve us, But it's up to us to add the energy of love, Of appreciation, Of support, Of communication, Of well-being, Of healing in the day to day. And it's to start to understand that the house, The home is a living entity. It's not just like four walls that I get after I came to walk, I get back home and I just fall asleep there or watch TV. It's really part of who I am. Well, You brought up something that I think we need to give some time to, Because as you said, The balcony of love, It had this amazing energy. I remember moving into an apartment years ago where, Or looking for an apartment and feeling that funky vibe, Like you said, And asking what happened in this room and the real estate agent told me the former owner passed away in bed in that room. So until now, We've really focused on our active pursuit of having a positive space to live in or to work in, But what happens with, It's not the balcony of love, It's the bedroom of illness or the war room, Where couples went to fight. There's things outside of our control even that are affecting the space. I mentioned in, I think it was last week's episode, The story about how you went into someone's house and you asked what happened on this cabinet and it turned out that somebody bumped their head and died there and that the cabinet, Not even the room, But the cabinet that absorbed that energy and left a spiritual imprint there. So what are some of the things, Without even getting into the whole space cleansing thing, Right? You've mentioned, And we had you on a previous episode where we talked about purification and cleansing. There are Kabbalistic methods to clearing the space, But what are some of the more accessible ways, Things we can do to shift the energy on a deeper level? Because if you had a fight in a room and you made up, Effectively you're clearing that energy, But there's bigger things that happen in places and spaces that we don't necessarily A, Know about and B, Have control over. Right. So I think it's divided into two parts. One is if there's a former person that lives there, That's like former energy. And the two is energy that we created after we already moved in, Whether it's an office space or a home. So first of all, One of the things we can do, The Kabbalists teach us, Is it's called the breaking of the vessel. So for example, In that cabinet that the person bumped their head and left the physical world, I recommended, We recommended that the individual will, If that walks with them, That they will remove that cabinet. If it's not a necessity, If there's energy that can be removed, Even in certain places, Right, Like there's physical mold and there's spiritual mold. So in certain places, You don't have any other choice. You have to remove one of the walls. And in certain places, Even in certain situations, People needed, This is also from the ancient times, People needed literally to rebuild, Destroy the house and rebuild it from scratch. But one of the things that we're not implying right now that you're going to now like remove walls or, But first of all, You want to look into energy that stayed from the previous person that lived there. If you can find any history about it, Energy, Physical objects that stayed from that time, Even if it's a chandelier, It's a cabinet, It's a closet. Recently we went to this place of this individual and he had a music box. And when we did the space cleansing, It felt really funky next to the music box. And it also smelled like not so good. So I asked him what's up with this music box and his wife shared with me that this is like a souvenir from his mother that passed away. And it's been already years and he just really can't let her go. So it's a way of like holding the soul of his mother and holding it within this space, At least a piece of the soul of his mother. So it's really important. I mean, We had a conversation with, If he feels ready, Feels comfortable to donate this music box to someone else that can enjoy it and doesn't have the emotional attachment to that object. So that's another level besides destroying the walls or letting go of different objects or removing different objects. Then comes another layer, Which is, This is where we come in, The cabal center comes into the picture to really using specific kabbalistic techniques to release souls that might be there. And I'm not saying, You know, Like if you watch the movie, The Sixth Sense or like the energy doesn't really leave the space until if it's a soul that needs to find its resting place until you literally release it. I remember years ago, I was hosted by one of my students in Minnesota and I just couldn't sleep. It was hard for me to fall asleep. It was hard for me also to keep the light off. Like it had to be on the whole night. And for those of us that know me, I like the light off while we're sleeping. So I didn't say anything, But in the next time that I came and I was hosted, My student asked me, How did you sleep? I said, You know, I'm wondering like, What's the energy that was there? Like who was the former owner? And she said, You know, I'm embarrassed to tell you, But in that specific town many years ago, There was a wave of people ending their lives, Teenagers. And in that particular room, The teenager actually ended their life. And her father also had a heart attack and passed away on the stairs that are leading to the, And this is how we got the house. Like eventually they left. So you feel the pain. So throughout the whole night that I stayed there, I used the Zohar and different Kabbalistic meditations and really speaking to that soul. And we also installed them as Uzzah. So that's the third layer. And since then it felt great to sleep in that room. And you will feel that the energy is released. Sometimes certain things can even break in the house. Like there's a certain spot that plates are falling, Things are falling from that. There's energy there that is not coming to rest. The house is trying to tell you something. The home is trying to tell you something. So the third layer, After you remove a certain object, I'm not about removing a wall, Is getting to a place that you come to peace and you release. And this is where the center can come and support you. We release with the power of the Zohar and the different tools. We release the energy that is staying there. And you don't need to be a Kabbalist to really like, Oh my God, I don't see those souls or I don't see those energies. It's okay. You know, We can feel if we feel love or we feel struggle. We need to struggle to bring positive energy. Since we moved to this place, There's always a fight. And she doesn't understand why. So I said, You know, The energy there is very difficult. And sometimes you need to come to a place that I've tried everything that I could. I put the Zohar. I did the space cleansing. I did sage every day. I'm injecting happiness as much as I can. Maybe it's time to move to another home. Like the couple is saying, When you change your home, You change your place, You also change the flow of energy. So sometimes in certain cases, There's no way to clear the energy. Maybe the soul or the entity refuses to let go, Refuses to come to a place of peace. You've tried everything. And you can bring crystals, You can bring like different things that add positive energy. In certain cases, More extreme, More rare. It's important to come to an understanding that it's time to move on. You did your best. One of the things that you mentioned earlier was that it's important that you have things in your house that are visually supporting you, Elevating, Inspiring, Pleasing.
