Good morning, Everyone. Good evening, Good afternoon, And welcome to this week's Weekly Energy Boost. My name is Ellie Sheva, And I am here with a very special episode partnered with my, Your favorite and mine, My guest on Weekly Energy Boost, Batya Salomon, Who was here a number of weeks ago. And as she was talking, And I was ogling at the wisdom just flowing from her mouth, I thought to myself, You know, Batya has a great story. And as many times as we've had Batya on the podcast, We've never really unpacked it. She's teased it, She's mentioned it here and there. But today, We're going to talk about near death experiences, What Kabbalah has to say about the soul's journey, The purpose of death, And so on and so forth. And there couldn't be a better energy, A better force to represent that wisdom than Batya who herself went through an experience in the middle of 2020, Middle of COVID. March. March of 2020. Every week on the Weekly Energy Boost, We aim to provide the most powerful and practical tools to help our listeners navigate the coming week. This week's energy, The Kabbalists discuss the purpose and the power of death. We call in, In at least American English, We say things like death is the great equalizer. What we'll understand today is there's much more to it. And looking at it that way is really limiting or even disabling the power of what happens when the soul goes through lifetimes. And what the different aspects of the journey is about. So we'll do as much as we can in the frame of one episode. And we might have to do a follow up episode. We sometimes have to do that. So Batya, Where should we begin? I don't even know where would you like to begin? Hello, Everybody. Great to great to not see you. Great to know you're listening and not know not know who you are. Yes, But we're all connected. Well, Maybe we should start with sort of the textbook understanding. What we're talking about today is people who have clinical death or what we call near death experiences, But have to come back. That's really the. . . We all come back. But in a normal, In a typical situation when a person's soul leaves their body, There is a period that they go through where there's a review, A soul review. Yes, There is. And in that soul review, What's examined is that soul's to do list for that particular lifetime and how many hits and misses there were, How far away or how close did the individual hit their target or not. And in life in general, And I remember even David talking about this in a previous episode, When we come close to death, It doesn't even have to be personally, It can be someone we love, Someone we love going through something scary or a car accident or anything like that. It's always an opportunity for us to recalibrate, To. . . We say it puts things in perspective. It makes us focus on the important things. Now, When the soul goes and comes in the course of a night, When we go to sleep, The Kabbalists say that sleep is a 60th of death, That there is a degree of detachment between the soul and the body that allows the soul to recharge and to download any information or energy that it needs to send to the conscious mind in the course of a waking date. But when a person goes, We often hear, By the way, That similar experience of a person, There's a tunnel, There's a light at the end of the tunnel. Kabbalah explains that tunnel and what is that light at the end of the tunnel. But I think the big question is, What's the purpose? Why if we're here to accomplish a certain mission, To transform, To heal, To share, To reveal our gifts, Why do we even need that reboot in between lifetimes? What purpose does it serve? I asked last week for questions from our followers on Instagram, And people were really asking, If the soul is eternal, Why do we even need to die? Why does the body need to die? Why do we need new bodies? Should I answer that now? Please. There's no such thing as death. There you go. There you go. There you have it. The truth is, There is no such thing as death. The life we're living now, This is dead. What we're doing right now is dead. We're living in a hologram, Is what I experienced. I was thinking, How am I going to describe this? I hesitate because to tell you the truth, I never felt more alive than when I was on the other side, Out of this little matrix we're all living in. It was the most glorious adventure experience. It completely changed me, Changed my demeanor. You know me. Even my children say that I'm not the same. My whole life, Really, In so many significant ways, Just went through this major shift. It wasn't as much about. . . It was an incredible experience. I am writing a book about it because it's just too good not to share with everyone. So many epiphanies, So many downloads, So many messages for humanity. It wasn't just about me. One of the things that significantly shifted about me is that it's so incredibly wonderful to be out of the body. It's such an amazing experience. I never felt more love, More peace, More fulfilled than anything on earth. Nothing compares to it. The reason I hesitate to say those things is because for people who were not invited to the party, Don't try to crash that party. You got to be invited to have that kind of experience. I hate to say this, It sounds almost. . . I don't want to say cruel or insensitive, But when I hear about someone passing away, I'm kind of happy for them. I know it sounds crazy. But anybody who's had a near-death experience, We're like, We belong to a club now. We know what it's like in that club. You're like, Yeah. I remember when I first. . . When I got back, Back into my body after the experience, Which is really where I think the impact. . . It was more than just having the experience. Again, It's a very long story and we don't have time to go into the details of that. But when I got back, The impact of it was way more traumatic, Dramatic, Whatever, Than my time on the other side. I just have to say that. That there's nothing, Nothing in this world and we are moving at the pace of stone in this world. In the endless world, That's how the Kabbalists describe it and that's what I experienced actually. And everybody, I was just having this conversation earlier today. If you talk to people, Say either people who have had their own death experiences or near-death experience, Whatever you want to call it, We all have our own unique experience of it. I was explaining it to someone because I personally. . . I was wondering why. . . Once a person has that, The first thing you want to do is, Oh my God, That was my experience. Did you experience that too? Because I felt so alienated from people. They just didn't know. They just didn't know. They couldn't relate, I couldn't relate to the people for the first three months. I was so angry and so upset to be back in this body. You have no idea. It's like, No. But I have a job to do. So they sent me back and I'm here now. I guess I'm here now to not guess. I know that my experience, And everyone has their own unique experience of what it's like to be on the other side. So I'll give you this analogy. So I'm listening to other people's near-death experiences. There was a show on Netflix about death. I forgot. People were telling me about it. I watched the first episode about this woman who was underwater for 22 minutes and she had her own near-death experience. Then there's some other scenes. One of them was a meeting. People in the room all had near-death experiences and the coordinator who was running it, Or the teacher, Facilitator is a better word, And asking people questions. How did you go? What did you do? I watched it and I started to cry. I could feel it now again. Because people just don't understand. They don't understand when you've had such an incredible life-altering experience and nothing changed in their life. They really can't relate to that and all those people in the room. We bonded. I bonded with these souls because we know there's nothing to worry about. It's one of the biggest messages I want to relate to you. Everything you're worried about is nonsense. That's not nonsense. It's not really significant. We're not paying attention to the most important things in our lives, Which is loving ourselves. God loves you. The Creator force loves you. You're loved beyond your wildest imagination. You've never been alone. You may have felt alone. You may even feel like you're at the bottom of life, Scraping to get by, But you have no idea how loved you are and how you're never, Ever alone. You are supported by this incredible force that is there. We're going through these experiences not to be punished. There's no such thing as punishment. There's only love. There's only love. When you go through a life review, It's not like going through an exam like, Oh, You're in school. How many words did I spell right on the spelling test? It's not like that. Can I respell them better on the retest? In a life review, The pain that a soul goes through is the pain of how could I have forgotten who I am? That's the pain. That's actually part of hell. How can I have forgotten who I am? How could I have forgotten how loved I am? How could I have forgotten what's truly important in this life? It's not chasing after money or possessions or position in life and all the things we get distracted about. My thighs are too heavy. I'm not the right age, The shape, The color, The whatever political platform. All of that is nothing. It's just distractions. They're a means to help us as souls evolve to love. Here's another big shift that happened for me. Was that I'm a Kabbalah teacher. I've been in the Kabbalah Center for over 30 years. I started as a student in 1990. For years I've been teaching this material, This content, This wisdom, But I have to confess, I've always taught it from the point of view of intellect. When I got to the other side and I said, Oh my God, This is real. This is more real than anything. It opened my heart and I realized, Wow, I just appreciate this wisdom in such a much deeper, More comprehensive way because I've seen the real reality. One of the things I experienced, The life review is not about, Okay, Here's your soul contract. There is a part of that. There is a soul contract by the way. It's not cut and dry like that. When you are in front of beings or being or in an environment where you're just so loved on that it melts anything, Any stones in the heart, It just melts it all the way. You're like, Oh my God, How foolish was I? Why didn't I take better advantage of my opportunities? Not because someone, Some higher being is telling me that. It's all about self-realization. It's about I had been going through life. By the way, Let me tell you about my experience in the soul review is that, Sorry. We have tissues. In a soul review, I went through every painful and traumatic moment of my life and there were unfortunately many of them and I wasn't going through. It's not like you're watching a movie screen. I was actually reliving, Reliving in all its glory every painful, Traumatic moment I had experienced up until that point in my life. I was shown that every one of those painful, Traumatic moments were actually opportunities that I missed. It was as if I was going through life without seeing clearly and as if once I had gone through all of those experiences, I was given, I'm going to use metaphor because there's no metaphorical language. I was given the analogy I'm using is like I was given a new lens, A new filter, A new pair of glasses, Let's say. Then I went through those experiences from a completely different, Relive them from a completely different point of view, A point of view of love and understanding that my soul had chosen those experiences so that I would fulfill my soul contract, Which is to elevate the consciousness of all of humanity. Nobody is in his for themselves. We're all affecting the collective consciousness of all of us. We're all one soul. After I had gone through that, It was that transformational experience. Again, I'm using metaphorical language and this is why the Bible, Zohar, All the scriptures, Everything is not literal. Don't take any of it literal. It's all metaphorical because, And I really appreciate that now because you can't explain something when you don't have the language for it. We live in a physical world so we have a physical language, But there's no language truly for a metaphysical world where there's no such thing as time and there's no such thing as location or physicality at all. We use, I have to speak in terms of metaphor, So please don't take anything I'm saying in a literal level. It's so important. It's one of the pitfalls of religion when people take the Bible literally or any of those or if it's a history document, No, It's not. It's an instruction manual. It's a coded instruction manual. One of the questions I wanted to ask you was what are the messages for us? What messages can you give us so that we don't need to go through a similar experience? Not that we wouldn't want to, But like you said, It wasn't just for you, What you went through. Here's one of the things that significantly impacted my life. A lot of us are walking around with shame. A lot of us are just walking around. We don't want to admit it. We try to hide it. We reactively strategize to make believe it's not there, But every single one of us is walking around with a shame of the emptiness we feel inside. That emptiness is the disconnection that our conscious mind has with our soul, With the expression of our soul. That life review was showing me or bridging the gap of that emptiness. Does that make sense? My soul contract, Not only for myself, But every time I do something, Any time you do something and it is for the greater good and if it's resisting your instant gratification and if it is for the self-sacrifice in a proactive way, It's not only for me, It's for humanity. My soul contract wasn't about just me. My soul contract is about you, Me and you and me and everybody and everybody who's listening and everybody's not listening to this podcast. Part of my soul contract is I promised that I would elevate or transform the illusion that I'm unworthy to that I am more than worthy, That I'm infinitely loved and you are infinitely loved. So many messages. I don't even know where to begin. I really don't know where to begin. You bring up an important point of, You know, Kabbalah teaches that when we were created, We were created as one soul and we then became fragmented into fractals of souls and part of the illusion of the physical reality is that we are separate and distinct and individuals when we really are collective and one and a whole. I know, You know, I used to say that stuff too, But now I lived it. You know, Like that's an intellectual concept. You can not, Please don't take that in the wrong way. No, I'm saying the background is that and now you have the experience. I went through an experience. So I had COVID. Can I let me backtrack a little bit? So what happened was my nephew died. This began, This is my nephew, My 46 year old nephew, Four small kids and a wife and he led a religious life and he got cancer and he died. And it was towards February. I remember it was around Purim. Yeah. It was a week after Purim. I just remember the date. It was like the February in the teens you were there. I remember it was the end of February. I think it was. But anyway, Or the beginning of March. No, I think it was the beginning of March, Whatever it was. So he died. And to say that it was a shock is, Doesn't even begin to describe it anyway. Through a long, From that moment I heard the news till the time that I got home from that whole ordeal. So I was living in Florida at the time. I went to New York and I was my any ounce of energy I had was completely sucked out of me. Like I had a night with a vampire. There was like nothing left to me physically, Emotionally, Mentally. I was so all my what do you call that? My immunity was completely down. And top of that, I was around people who it was the beginning of COVID. People weren't really like a hundred percent. They were just becoming aware of the of the seriousness of COVID. I don't know what world I was in. I didn't take any of it seriously. Long story short, I got home from the trip. I was depleted completely, But which, You know, When I'm around my family, That usually happens. So I do what I usually do. I'd be in bed for days. I'd recharge and then I would get back to normal. But this time I was bed for days. But instead of getting better, I actually was getting worse. And I kept waiting. I thought, OK, Tomorrow I'll feel better because I've been in this movie, You know, With enough rest and sleep, You know, I'll recover. But I didn't. I was getting worse and worse and worse to the point where I couldn't breathe. I'll just cut to the chase. My lungs were filling up with water. And I felt like I was drowning at sea. And I was it got to the point where I was so weak. I couldn't talk. I couldn't tell anyone. My husband at that time, He he moved out of the bedroom because I was coughing all day and all night long. And I was so weak, He thought I was sleeping, But I was too weak to say help me. And my breathing was getting more and more shallow to the point where I felt like I was drowning at sea and I was holding on to a piece of driftwood. I was like Jack in the movie Titanic. It was like I was just holding on for dear life. And I couldn't fall asleep because if I fell asleep, I would stop breathing. And so I was holding on and holding on and holding on. And then eventually I lost consciousness. Next thing I know, Floating out into the I don't know where it felt a little bit like some different dimension at which point I met, I encountered, Not I met, I encountered a being, A higher being of some sort. Didn't see the being, Felt the being, Communicated telepathically. Everything is telepathic in the other side. There's no words, There's no body. Took me quite some time to adjust to the idea that I didn't have a body. It was, That was the most shocking of having consciousness without a body. Having consciousness, It realized one of the first epiphanies you might say that I received was that, Oh my God, I do nothing. We do nothing. We think we're doing things. We think we're up and we're working hard and we think, You know, I'm not getting enough sleep and I have to go here and do this and finish that report and take care of the kid. We think we do everything. We do nothing. We are balls of consciousness and we are playing a 3D holographic game. We're just in this hologram. That's what I experienced the hologram collapsing as my identity was slipping away and reaching these higher levels in the upper world, The infinite upper world, The endless world. Now I understand why they call it the endless world because it actually is endless. Eventually science, By the way, Is going to catch up because one thing our teacher, Rov Berg, Always said, You know, The Rov never treated the study of Kabbalah even religiously. And some people unfortunately consider Kabbalah some sort of a religion. There's Judaism, There's Catholicism, There's Buddhism, And there's Kabbalahism or something like that. And that couldn't be further from the truth. Kabbalah is the science of spirituality. When you start to decode the Bible and the Zohar, You realize, Oh my God, The Rov always said this and I really believe that most people just didn't get and understand the Rov. This is all that Zohar is explaining the secrets of 50th century science. Do you really think that in this entire endless universe, Which I saw, At one point I was granted access to realize, Oh my God, There's millions of galaxies, There's millions of planets, There's so many different life forms in this world. There are so many different beings of existence that is all encoded, By the way, In the Zohar, It's cryptically encoded. And I really understand now why the Bible and why the Zohar is written the way it is. Because as you approach these writings, And they're in other, By the way, I believe, You know, So-called religious texts, Which unfortunately is called religious texts, But really they're really secret documents of disclosure. And that you have to earn the next level of disclosure, Otherwise it would kill you right on the spot, Not you, But because it's so shocking. It's so shocking. A lot of us are walking around thinking that this physical world is all there is, Unfortunately. And they think we're the only beings that exist. There's God, Like a five year old's drawing, There's God and then there's us. As if nothing and no one else exists in this entire, I don't know how to say universes, These entire millions and millions of planets, Which by the way, The Zohar talks about the hundreds of thousands of different worlds. No one's paying attention because they don't have the merit of disclosure. I'm just saying it's, So it has opened up my consciousness in a way that just blows me away. I can't even begin to describe it. I feel so blessed. I feel so lucky even though I died through, And I believe I also had a heart attack because while I was coughing, My heart was pounding so hard in my chest that I felt I was getting punched in the chest so hard. The pain was unbearable, Unbearable. I believe that's what a heart attack feels like. I never looked up the symptoms, But I'm pretty sure that- And there was no one there with you to say what happened. There was no one there, Right. I mean, All this is taking place. My heart is, I couldn't talk. I was so weak. And my heart is like, Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom, And I'm coughing. And then the next thing I know, There's peace. There's peace. No, I didn't go through a tunnel. I would just want to say, As I started to say, I saw other people's experiences. Some people went through a tunnel and they saw the light and then Jesus met them or their father or their ancestors or somebody met them at the end of the tunnel and they said, Oh, My child, It's not time to go back. That wasn't my experience. That wasn't my experience. Here's my experience. My experience was like, What I came back with was that I am a soldier in this army of light and I went down in the field. This is what it felt like to me. And they took me up, Patched me up, Fixed me up. I saw in Kabbalah, We talk about how the soul, When the soul falls for the illusion of this hologram that a klipa forms, A shell, Thank you. But I experienced that shell is like tar. It looked like tar to me. And my soul, Like a sleeve, My soul was like a sleeve of consciousness that like a sock. Let's say my being is like a foot. My soul body was like a sock and my physical body is the shoe. Let's just use that analogy. So the soul that I used in this body, I saw that piece of me was like covered with, Like 70% of it was covered in this sludge, This black, Sticky-like sludge. Remember this is metaphorical. Please don't take it literally. There's no shoes in the upper world. Exactly. But after my soul review and having this transformative experience about what my life was really all about, Which I didn't realize, I saw all the sludge was cleaned away. It's like as if my soul went to the dry cleaners, They cleaned it up, Scraped it, Put it back on the way down. But also, It's like I went down in the field, They patched me up, Fixed me up, Recharged me and then enhanced me with this. Right before I came back, I was downloaded like a scene from The Matrix. When they had like hook up those wires and they're like shaking in their chair, It had that experience like I don't know what I was downloaded with. I really don't. I caught a few. It was like being bombarded with all of this, I don't know what to say, Messages or I don't even know what I was downloaded with. I know it was downloaded like a soldier, Like with ammunition to come back into the battlefield. That's what it felt like to me. Then I was discharged and I ended up right in my body. I got back in my body and I was like, No, No, I don't want to be here, No. I felt the presence of the creator force. You don't understand. I realized. I'm jumping around, I'm sorry. It's so hard to explain because we live here in the illusion of a linear time. Once you're out of this illusion, There's no such time. There's only now. I'm having a bombardment of all of these experiences that I'm explaining in a linear way, But it was all happening when this one now, Everything is now. There's no such thing as tomorrow. There's no such thing as yesterday. Even my events of this life from being born to that moment, They were all still living. Every lifetime you've ever had is still happening in this moment. If you, God forbid, A person was a thief in the 16th century, That thievery is going on right now. In this, Let's say, Lifetime, They're being stolen from. They're being stolen from because they're stealing in the 16th century. It's mind blowing. I hope I'm making myself very clear. Perfect illustration. How do you deal with that? People feel like, Oh, I'm the victim of life. What am I going to do? Somebody rescue me. No. You have everything you need. You have a whole team of angels with you. They never leave you. When I was having my life review, By the way, There was this being that was interacting with me, The main being, Let's say. I redefined my whole idea of what an angel is, By the way. I didn't see any wings or halas. I think all of that is a bunch of, Again, Literal interpretation. There was this incredibly loving, I don't even know how to say it, Higher dimensional being. While I was going through my life review, Out of the corner of my consciousness, There were other beings witnessing my soul review like a panel, Like a council. It felt to me like the word council. Different kinds of words came to me, Different kinds of ways to explain. I put all of this in the book. As I was writing it down, I mean, It's like, Oh my God, I have almost 100 pages of this story of this, As I'm writing, It's so deep. So many things happened. It was incredible because for me, I chose a particular job to do in this world. Obviously, Look, I'm on a podcast with you. Obviously, You are a fellow soldier. Otherwise, We wouldn't be doing this right now. So is Tony here in the room. He's listening and he's helping us. We're all on the same team. We're all soldiers in this army of light. Some of us just are more aware of it than others. Chances are, If you're impacted by what I'm saying, You too are a soldier in this army of light or you wouldn't be in the same residence. You wouldn't even be have the message. You wouldn't come across your screen if it wasn't a part of it. Exactly. So I lost my, I understand. I'm still back there. In terms of Earth hours, You don't know how long this process took. No. Unfortunately, It's my word against whatever. I could have made this whole thing up. That could be the argument. People might say, Oh, She just had a delusional experience. That was one hell of a delusional experience, I got to say, Because I went through things, Saw things, Witnessed things that was beyond my imagination. You know what you make me think of, You know, Sometimes when people have extremely high fevers, They hallucinate. And maybe what's really going on there is they're getting the tip of what you're talking about. The veil is dropping. I pierced through the veil and there's many layers of the veil. So what did I come away with? That was the original question. Stop me if we're over time because there's so much more here. And I don't have time to go into the details of all of that. But I want to say I believe I was having a heart attack. My lungs filled up with water. That's for sure. I know, Because later when I got back in my body, Eventually went to the hospital, Went to get medical treatment. It didn't matter after that was commentary. I knew I died and they sent me back. So so one of the things one of the many epiphanies I had or was given to me is that first of all, Nobody dies of COVID. Nobody dies of a car accident. Nobody dies of cancer. Those are all the vehicles. The how the how. They're never the cause. Not the why. They're not the why. Exactly. They're the that's one thing. The second thing is as I was journeying in or going through this experience and my consciousness was going through higher and higher dimensions, You might say. But as I'm watching my or not watching, I'm experiencing my body has slipped away. My soul identity is slipping away, Meaning until a certain point when I thought of my soul, I saw it as a kind of a reflection, You might say, Of my looks, The way I look now, The way I am now. That's that slipped away as the sock was coming off the foot. I wasn't me anymore. I wasn't a woman anymore. I wasn't a wife or our mother anymore. I had no identity. It was the most disconcerting. I got everything that separates you from everything. Everyone else disappeared. It just was melting, Melting. And again, Metaphorical language slipping away. And that was extremely disturbing, I have to say, Because everything I identified, All my attachments were now just leaving me. And my life, Here's the punchline here. As I, You know, Who doesn't love your children more than anything? I don't know any parent personally that doesn't love their children more than life itself. Even they slipped away. Every attachment, Every point of identity about me in that life, It's like taking off a costume. None of it was me in the first place. And as I looked at my life and planet Earth and my life on planet Earth, I saw it with a hologram. I was living in a hologram and it shut down and it just, It all collapsed into a lump of clay or a lump of sand. And as if none of it ever really existed. You know how disconcerting? I can't even imagine. All the things we work for, To build a name for ourselves, To build a career, To build a family, To build, Make money, All of it like sand on the beach. The sandcastles on the beach just collapsed and none of it, None of it was real. None of it was real. So what is real? Love is real. The only thing that's real is love. The only thing worth investing in is your relationships. Savor, Savor your relationships. Meaning, Cause let me tell you another thing that I came away with. Everyone and everything is temporary. You're rich, You're gorgeous, You're healthy, You have everything in the world, It's temporary. You're an addict, You're scrounging the garbage cans, You're homeless, It's temporary. The whole thing is temporary. There's no soul that's better than another soul. There's no religion or religious belief that's better than any other one. Creator does not play favorites no matter what people think. We are all immortal souls. We've never left the, Oh here's another epiphany, I never left the endless world. The only thing I left was the hologram that my mind was engaged in. You know how like you get so focused in a video game or a movie and you're living in it and then it's over and you go oh yeah, Let's go back to, That was what it was like. So here's another thing that impacted me as I just said before we started the broadcast, I'm just mentioning to Tony, To Ellie Sheva. Another big thing that shifted for me is I used to care about how things happened. I used to be so controlling, I used to like, Do they like me and they don't like me, How am I doing? And now I'd say 90% of that has shifted cause I still get caught up in the illusion that's a very strong illusion here. I don't care. I don't care. You know, I put a project, I put my heart and soul into the project, It gets rejected. I don't care, Okay. Like you know, I'm not attached to it anymore. I used to be so attached, So attached and I watch people and they're in such pain because they're so attached to how things should work out and they attach this meaning to an event that has no meaning except the meaning we attach to it. I was crossing the street with a friend of mine yesterday, Just to give you an example, And I see now also, Here's another gift I've come back with. My intuition has really like increased to the point where I can have a conversation with someone and I feel I can touch their soul, That I feel that soul to soul connection and I feel their tycoon. So her tycoon is that she's, You know, Her life story is she's rejected. You know, She's always championing the cause, The victim cause. We're crossing the street and as we're crossing the street, We're about to get on, Touch the curb and a car was that, You know, The light changed and the car sped up behind us and she said to me, You see, Look at him, He's trying to teach us a lesson. We should cross the street faster. I look at her and I said, What are you talking about? Maybe the guy just got news that his new baby was born and he's speeding to the hospital to see his new child. You have no idea why he sped up. The guy, Like in my world, Like it didn't even, It was seamless. Like in my world, In my consciousness, I'm crossing the street. So what if he speeds up? In her world, She created another layer of how she was not being respected or she was being disrespected or talked down to or somehow rejected because this stranger who didn't even, I'm sure, Pay attention to her, Sped down the street. And this is what we do all the time. So if you want to benefit from my experience, Pay attention to the ways that you ascribe meaning to meaningful, Meaningless events. Meaningless events. The person said no to the project. They don't love me. I'm not good enough. They never liked me. I'm changing my job. It's because it's, You know, No, You have no idea why they said no to the project. You have no idea why the car sped up. We fill in, The ego mind fills in these meanings. It creates more illusion. It's based on a person's tycoon, Right? I'm sure you talked about tycoon, The repeated patterns. So like when I was in the light, My life review, It was a review of my tycoon. What meanings that I keep ascribing over and over and over again that I was making myself suffer, Making myself, We make ourselves sick. You know, People go to the doctor, Unfortunately they say, Heal this body. Like yeah, I'm taking my car in to get a tuneup or change the oil. The person got cancer. The person has whatever disease. Do something. Give me a pill. Cut that out of my body. Fix it. Let me fix it. It's, It's, It's the result of a consciousness. It is the effect of the consciousness of the person. Nobody, Oh my God, Did I just say something politically incorrect? Oh my God, Did I offend somebody? No, Wake up. Whatever's happening in your illusionary hologram, You're the creator of it. You're writing the script of it. You're walking around with a filter of it as we all are. So for the first three months of after coming back into my body, It was so difficult to function. It was so hard. I was so angry and so depressed of having to come back here. It took me quite a while to reassimilate and the worst part of reassimilating was I could feel myself forgetting where I had just been and I was getting sucked back slowly, Slowly, Like quicksand back into the hologram. So I love talking about it because it takes me right out of it again. So beautiful. Well, Thank you for doing that for us. I think one of the, When our listeners submitted the questions, One of the biggest question, One of the most popular questions was why would that happen to someone and can we prevent it? Can we prevent a near death experience? I personally wouldn't, Here's, Here's the thing. I'm looking forward to death, Not in a, You know, In a God forbid suicidal way. I'm just, I just want to make sure I go in a very peaceful way. I don't want to go in a violent way personally. You don't want to really make the time. First of all, We're all here temporarily. There's no exceptions to the rule. There's nobody, Nobody can override the system. Nobody. So here's a couple of things. So savor the time you do have here. Savor it. You can't, Time is something you cannot save. You either spend it wisely or foolishly, But it is the clock is ticking and we are, All our time is temporary. So make the most out of your, Your relationships. Make the most out of investing in your heart. Be more loving, Be more present, Be more in gratitude. Be more grateful for the time you have, For the blessings you do have. Stop looking for what you don't have. Stop being jealous about other people, What they have or what they don't have. They're on their own trip and everything comes out in the wash. And I do mean that everything comes out of the wash and you have nothing that you're lacking unless you insist on living a life of lack, Then that's on you. But from the point of view of the universe, From the point of view of the creator, You are infinitely loved and you have nothing to worry about. So stop worrying and start being grateful and start acting more like the creator energy force so you could feel the creator. When I felt myself in the, Not the creator, But the, The eminence or whatever was emanating that energy force that I was an indication to me that there was, I was approaching that dimension. It's hard to explain. Of the creator, All I wanted to do was melt into the creator. I realized, Oh my God, This is the purpose of my existence to be one with this, This incredible force. I just want to be, That's it. Nothing else mattered in the whole world. And that's what each of us, Whether we're realizing it or not, Whether we're sleeping through life or not, This is really what we came, We exist for. We exist to keep constantly elevating our consciousness to making more and better choices to be more love, To be reached that a higher conscious of love. And these days, Those soldiers like me, Like Ellie Sheva, Like Tony, Like everyone who's listening to these podcasts, We came, We, We, We incarnated because we made a promise to the rest of the collective consciousness that we're going to elevate the consciousness of the people. No matter what you hear in the news and all the illusionary crazy things that are going on there, The temporary crazy things, They're all designed to give us the opportunity to say, No, I'm going to maintain, I'm going to inject love and unity to my fellow human beings. I may not agree with them in certain respects, But I am going to treat them with love and respect and human dignity. And I'm going to be on team humanity. I'm not going to play against the other players. I want to play with the other players. And I invite you and, And highly recommend that you do the same. The most powerful thing you said, At least for those people, Those of you who've been listening to Weekly Energy Boost for a while, You know that in every other episode, We talk about how our purpose is to create affinity with the light, With the creator. And what you just said in those last few minutes is exactly the same thing, But from the point of view of the, On the other side, We look at it as how can I be more light-like?
