So it's not about passionate possession,
It's about love.
It's about love for your body.
So when you see that pizza in the window as you're walking through the streets of New York and you want to possess that pizza,
It's not about passionate possession.
It's about love.
And love for your body is not eating late at night.
It's eating healthy fats,
Vegetables,
Healthy fibers,
Proteins,
And not really eating sugar.
So when you want like that muffin or that cupcake,
Think of passionate possession of desired object.
Nope.
My relationship with food is not that.
It's about love.
It's about what will give my body the most energy,
The most balanced nervous system.
You can heal your nervous system so much once you cut out sugar.
