And bring your mom to mind.

Imagine her.
She has felt vulnerable sometimes.
She has felt scared sometimes.
She has felt life's instability and unpredictability.
And she has felt lonely sometimes.
And just imagine the difficulties in her life.
She had you,
But she still had many difficulties in her life,
Parallel to that.
They didn't go away anywhere when she had you,
The child.
See her as a person who has suffered.
As a person with a history that you can only know a small part of.
See her as a person who has been in pain.
See her as a person who has tried her best.
And say to her,
May you be happy.
May you be peaceful.
I wish you ease in every moment,
Wherever you are.
Because it's thanks to you that I have all the good parts of my life.
And life itself.
And say to her,
I accept you just the way you are.
I release you from all expectations.
Which are just my cognitive errors.
You can be as you are.
I want you to be happy.
I am endlessly grateful for everything you taught me.
You are always part of me.

I am always your child.
No matter what I do or where I go,
