Another way to envision the emotional pain,
Negativity,
And stress leaving your body is called draining the emotional pain.
Ideally you would stand for this exercise,
But it can still work if you need to sit or lie down instead.
If you're standing,
Place your feet about hip-width apart and take a deep breath in and exhale.
Take another deep breath in and as you exhale,
Imagine the air taking with it any emotions that you'd like to be cleansed of.
Inhale and exhale,
Allowing the air to cleanse you of those unwanted emotions and imagining them leaving your body through the bottom of your feet.
Continue breathing in and exhaling,
Releasing,
Cleansing your body,
Sending it all out through the bottom of your feet and into the core of the earth.
Use.
Now,
Once you feel cleansed,
If you can,
Raise your arms above your head and imagine divine light showering down upon you,
Filling in the newly cleansed spaces,
Soaking it all up,
Breathing it in,
Filling your body with this pure light to energize and uplift you.
Imagine your guardian angel wrapping their wings around you.
You are safe and you are loved.
