Welcome to this session.
My name is Emil and I will be your guide.
This session is meant to close the day that we just had,
All the experiences that we went through and to prepare ourselves for some good sleep,
Some deep rest,
Rejuvenation,
Reparation.
So I invite you to find a comfortable place,
Perhaps you're sitting up or already lying down.
Make sure you're in as quiet,
As undisturbed place as possible and bring your awareness to your body,
Just simply checking in with how our body is doing right now.
By giving our full awareness to our physical body,
We show respect,
We show gratitude for this physical manifestation of our being that we're experiencing right now in human form and the body speaks on so many levels in every single moment.
What is it saying to you right now?
We might feel the life force,
The prana or chi just running through us,
Flowing through us and as we also place our awareness on our physical body,
The body tends to slow down,
To relax and I invite you now to shift your awareness to your breath and we make sure that our belly is relaxed and our face is relaxed,
Shoulders.
We invite the breath to flow,
Constantly rising and falling,
Expanding,
Contracting the ebb and flow of life in motion,
Just like every single aspect of this universe that we live in.
If your mind wanders elsewhere,
That's fine.
Just kindly bring it back to your breath for just a few more moments,
Showing our gratitude to the breath simply by being aware of it and I invite you to now take a couple of breaths,
Conscious breaths.
We direct the breath into the belly,
Blowing the belly up and when the belly is full,
We continue to breathe in,
Filling up the entire chest as well,
All the way up to the collarbones and we relax.
We let it out with a sigh of relief and perhaps a sound.
On your next inhalation,
Let's keep it as deep as the last one.
We also fill the breath up with everything you experienced throughout the day.
Belly first and then chest all the way up to the collarbones,
Holding for just a second up there with filled lungs and then relaxing completely,
Allowing the breath to simply fall out all the way with a sigh of relief,
Collecting the next one with all the experiences from the day.
We're collecting it in the bundle of the breath to the belly,
To the chest,
Holding for just a moment and then relaxing it out with a sigh of relief,
Releasing all the experiences out.
Let's do the last one.
Every single thought we had in our mind,
Every emotion,
Let's bring it into the breath as we inhale to the belly and to the chest and then open the mouth and just release it out,
Allowing all of these energies to be recycled.
Wonderful.
Placing now one hand on your belly,
One hand on your chest,
Just on top of the heart and I invite you to say the following things quietly within you.
