Through a slow body scan and calming breath cues, the practice supports your nervous system in shifting out of doing mode and into rest. Use this session in the evening or at bedtime to soften the body, quiet the mind, and create the conditions for natural, effortless sleep Whether you struggle with racing thoughts, restlessness, or simply want to end your day in a state of ease, this practice will help you drift off with a sense of safety, stillness, and balance. All you need to do is lie down, close your eyes, and breathe with me. The rest will take care of itself.
