Welcome,

Dreamer.

You've arrived exactly where you need to be.

Not just in this moment,

But in your journey.

Your life's wild,

Beautiful,

Unpredictable path.

The part where the day ends,

And the stars quietly applaud everything you did,

Everything you tried,

And everything you felt.

This is not just a sleep meditation.

This is a return to you.

So find your most comfortable position.

Let the bed receive you like a warm soft sea,

Gentle and still.

You don't need to hold anything anymore,

Not your worries,

Your schedule,

Your thoughts about tomorrow.

Just let it all melt,

Like candle wax dripping slowly into calm.

And now,

We begin our journey.

In your mind's eye,

Picture a small wooden door,

Floating in the night sky.

No walls,

Just a doorway,

Glowing with a soft golden hue.

This is the entrance to a realm few have seen,

A place called the Dreamsmith's Garden.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it,

And as you exhale,

The door opens.

You step through,

And immediately the air changes.

It smells of stardust and old books,

Of lavender,

And something unnameable but familiar.

You are standing in a midnight garden,

Not black or shadowy,

But painted in hues of deep indigo,

Silver,

And velvety blues.

The grass shimmers under your feet,

Twinkling softly like a galaxy beneath your toes.

Here,

The moon is low and enormous,

Hanging like a lantern,

And the stars blink in sync with your heartbeat.

You are greeted by the Dreamsmith,

An ethereal being who looks both ancient and brand new.

Their eyes shimmer like galaxies,

And their voice sounds like wind through harp strings.

They speak not in words,

But in warmth.

Welcome,

They say.

Tonight you will craft a dream with your own hands.

Tonight you are not just a dreamer,

You are the maker of miracles,

The garden of belief,

The architect of your own gentle revolution.

You don't understand how you can recognize what the Dreamsmith is saying,

But you realize that it's because your souls are intertwined.

They hand you a small glowing seed.

This,

They whisper,

Is you,

Your self-belief,

Your courage,

Your hope.

And as you take the seed,

It pulses warmly in your palm.

You follow a winding path of glowing stones,

And as you walk,

Something magical begins to happen.

With every step,

Memories rise from the soil like mist.

But not the ones that hurt or weigh you down.

These are the memories of triumphs you forgot to celebrate.

The times you chose kindness.

The times you stood back up when no one was watching.

The days you kept going,

Even if it was just an inch forward.

They swirl around you like fireflies,

Lighting your path,

And whispering.

You are doing better than you think.

You are already enough.

You are worthy of rest.

You arrive at a circular clearing.

At the center,

Rich,

Glowing soil.

The Dreamsmith gestures kindly.

It's time.

You kneel,

And with the care of someone planting a universe,

You press the seed into the earth.

As you do,

You whisper your deepest wish.

Not a wish for things,

But a wish for being.

Maybe it's something like,

I want to trust myself.

Or I want to shine quietly but powerfully.

Or simply,

I want to know I'm okay.

Whatever it is,

It's perfect.

You plant it,

And you breathe.

And as you do,

Magic.

The ground hums,

The soil pulses,

And from the very earth rise a small sapling,

Glowing with the colors of your spirit.

You lie back in the grass,

Eyes upward,

Watching as this glowing tree of self-belief slowly grows before you.

It stretches its limbs towards the stars,

And the stars bow down to meet it.

Leaves unfurl,

Each one a reminder.

One leaf says,

Your presence matters.

Another,

You've already overcome so much.

Another,

You are lovable exactly as you are.

And still the tree grows.

It will grow while you sleep.

It will grow every time you forgive yourself.

Every time you laugh.

And every time you dare to hope again.

The dreamsmith sits beside you.

They place their hand over your heart,

Not touching,

Just hovering like a soft lantern.

In here,

They say,

Is a compass made of stardust and courage.

You don't have to see the whole map,

You just have to trust the next step.

You smile,

Because somehow you do trust it,

Even just a little.

And that's enough.

That's always been enough.

The dreamsmith rises,

Their form begins to shimmer,

Slowly dissolving into thousands of soft butterflies,

Each one carrying a piece of your dream into the sky.

The garden fades into a soft cloud of stars,

And now you are floating.

Floating in the warmth of your own becoming.

You are weightless,

Supported,

Safe.

You don't have to hold anything now,

Let it all go.

Let your breath slow,

Let your body sink deeper.

You are cradled in sleep's gentle hands.

As your breath deepens,

Let this trust settle in your chest.

You are not behind,

You are not broken.

You are blooming,

In your own way,

In your own time.

Your dreams are listening,

Your spirit is smiling,

Your heart is healing.

Sleep now,

Dreamsmith,

You've planted light in the soil of the soul,

And when you wake,

It will be shining.

May your dreams be brave,

May your rest be deep,

And may you wake with wonder tucked gently behind your smile.
