Welcome to another meditation.

This meditation will be focusing on tapping in to the true power that lies within you.

To begin,

I'll invite you to slowly settle into the moment,

Letting go of any distractions,

Distractions,

And really coming to the present.

As you begin to settle in,

Finding a comfortable seated position,

Straightening the spine,

Rolling your shoulders backwards a little bit,

Placing the hands gently at your sides or on your knees,

I'll invite you to begin noticing your breath,

Putting all your awareness and attention on the powerful force that is your breath.

As you begin to take slow,

Intentional breaths,

Letting go of any thoughts and allowing the breath to really fill you completely and spread to each part of your body,

Intentionally settling this breath throughout and as you continue to breathe,

Try holding the breath at the top for a few seconds before slowly exhaling,

Allowing yourself to really feel into the power of each breath,

Noticing what the breath is doing for you,

Noticing the tension as it's relieved with each breath,

Noticing how your mind slows down and you become more present and as you continue to breathe,

I want you to close your eyes gently if you haven't yet and begin to really go inwards,

Into the chest area,

Into the space where we hold a lot of our emotion,

Where we feel our sense of self most often and just allowing yourself to explore how you feel about yourself right now,

Do you feel empowered or are you perhaps feeling more in the victim mindset,

Feeling like the things that you would like to accomplish or set out to do are too big for you perhaps,

Just noticing,

Simply noticing how you feel about it and as you take in another deep breath,

I want you to picture a bright orange light,

Fiery orange light filling your entire being with a powerful energy,

An energy of empowerment,

An energy that melts away any self-doubt and any fears and as you continue to breathe in this powerful energy,

Feeling into this fiery feeling,

Perhaps even straightening yourself up into a more empowered position and allow yourself to breathe that energy throughout to each corner of your body,

To any parts that are holding resistance,

To any parts that are holding on to feelings of victimhood and I want you to say to yourself in your mind or perhaps just listening to these words,

I am a creator,

I have the power within me to create a life of abundance,

I am choosing to be a creator,

I am choosing to step out of victimhood,

To let go of the stories that have been accompanying me throughout my life and to now create a new story of empowerment and as you listen to these words or say them,

I want you to notice how it feels,

Notice if your mind is doing any little flip-flops,

Noticing if your mind is resisting these words or perhaps your mind is embracing it and your whole being is welcoming it in,

Just simply noticing and if there is resistance,

Try tuning into that voice to hear what it's saying,

To hear what story it's telling you about yourself.

In order to heal any stories and limiting beliefs,

We must first be aware of these stories.

So just sitting in that awareness,

Sitting in the feeling of empowerment,

If you can tap it,

Breathing it in deeply and through the nose and slowly exhaling any doubts or fears you may still be holding on to and I'll invite you to continue re-listening to this because with repetition we can begin to create new stories and new beliefs about ourselves and that in turn will create a new reality.
