Are you suffering from recurring nightmares? There is a solution to your problem if this is the case. A nightmare comes with teachings, and today, I share how to address them. Dreams are lovely, and we should not fear nor exclude them from our lives.

We are going to talk today about recurring nightmares.

And there is always an explanation for having nightmares almost every night,

And through the dreaming you can learn how to understand them and how to heal them.

As the key to dealing with these nightmares starts by stopping to fear them.

And if this is your situation I am so sorry that you are having to go through this phase of recurring nightmares or nightmares in general.

Where we sleep we can escape from the heaviness and from the stress of this world.

So indeed I understand very well nightmares are a pest when they come but they come with great significance for you to heal and you can heal these nightmares and when you do they are gone.

Of course I am going to share a little bit of my two cents how to deal with this so I hope this helps you out.

We want to get started saying that you can always heal recurring nightmares.

I have been studying dreams for years and I have also been a natural lucid dreamer since birth and obviously I have dealt with nightmares also at some point and as a kid.

Dreams have always fascinated me and I learned a lot from my dreams and I have been able to help others through their dreams.

An average human being spends about 25 to 31 percent of their lifetime sleeping.

It is essential to keep some of this into account because I am sure that you are seeking to be completely liberated and to get the most out of your dreams to receive some support to get rid of them completely.

So to heal recurring nightmares it is essential to keep a dream journal next to your bed.

Set intention to write down all of your dreams.

Hopefully you will recall more than just nightmares.

It will make your subconscious and your consciousness work harder in producing a more variety of dreams.

As your dream recall improves,

Saw your chances to lucid dream and to deal with your nightmare entirely lucid.

So once you have some recall you might have some lucid dreams.

I am sure that you turned lucid in one of those nightmares but you never knew what to do or you just felt terrified.

Make sure to account for your lucid dreams and when you do have one try to do something pleasant because this also will reduce the nightmares.

A nightmare sometimes is a message that we need to hear and our consciousness does not know better some things.

So it is the best way.

So until we don't know how to deal with an issue the nightmare will continue haunting us during the sleeping time.

So basically you have to deal with this nightmare.

But you are not dealing it in the way of defeating or accomplish whatever curse you have.

You have to confront it but do not destroy or overcome the problem.

The best way to heal it and permanently defeat it is to question it.

You will need to ask the very nightmare what's going on.

Let's say that something is chasing you.

Doesn't matter it's an animal,

A spirit or an assassin you know.

You want to stop and say what do you want?

Why are you chasing me?

What do you represent?

Let me know what messages do you have.

It may be necessary to induce a nightmare if it doesn't come to you.

Because another option is to attempt to enter the nightmare as luthely as possible and while it sounds crazy causing a nightmare is the best way to heal it because when you ask these questions and when you get an answer is when you heal it completely and you want and will entirely be luthed from the start so there will not be any terror here.

You need to try to wake up in the middle of the night drinking some water and then going back to bed.

Staying relaxed and focused on your nightmare reminding you that in reality you are sleeping safe and sound in your couch,

In your bed intending to understand why the great nightmare is coming to you.

So remember that you are luthed in your nightmare and focusing on those questions is going to make a big difference.

Most likely the nightmare will end or shift and you will get something empowering,

Something that will help you in your life.

Maybe it is to finish healing something that has been hunting you for a while or something hurtful that you cannot release.

And if you always have the same recurring nightmare or are on the same topic you will heal it while you are on the pillow.

Most likely it will be the only way.

It may happen that sometimes a nightmare may require you to take some action in waking life to fix it.

You will know this and possibly you will know already if that situation applies to you.

And don't worry,

When you pursue this type of healing you will understand it.

You will see.

And then,

Pfft,

No Miners.

Unless you have of course other issues to deal with and they show as nightmares again you will then follow the same steps up as above.

So after this,

Dreaming is going to be excellent,

Fabulous and fantastic for you.

And you know,

In the end,

This is it.

You don't need to escape your dreams with dangerous drugs or go terrified to bed every night.

Dreams are wonderful.

We can learn a lot from them and make our dreams come true in a way.

At least in the very dream we can if we are lucid.

So the key is to heal these recurring nightmares right off the bat.

And precisely,

This is one big reason why professionals,

Exergians,

All still with dreaming,

Athletes or even people before having to make a hard decision.

So it is quite fantastic.

So like I shared above,

Dreams are fantastic and they are very very compelling and supportive for you.

So allow them to happen.
