Today you are going to experience a brief connection with your spirit guides.
You too are surrounded by beings of light and you can connect with them.
So first,
Find a comfortable position and slowly close your eyes.
When you do,
Take a deep breath.
Let go of the air at your normal pace and focus on clearing your mind and relaxing your body.
Feel how your body notices very heavy,
Warm and deeply,
Deeply relaxed.
Keep focusing on your breathing and how gradually you keep going deeper.
You feel as if your mind is letting go of all its thoughts.
This makes you feel more at peace,
Promoting even a deeper relaxation.
Continue observing your breathing and notice how it keeps slowing down.
You also feel that your mind is relaxing further.
Keep allowing this to take you deeper.
You are in a state of deep relaxation.
You are able to feel pulsating energy within your body.
This is the energy of spirit.
You also feel a presence.
A benevolent being of light,
Full of love.
You realize this is one of your spirit guides.
Are you able to recognize them?
I will give you a few seconds.
You possibly know who this is or how they feel.
Or perhaps even their looks.
It only matters how you perceive it,
Even if it's just a feeling or sensation.
Keep focusing on this energy and allow yourself to receive a helpful message.
Don't stress about listening.
Let it flow until we continue.
You have received a wonderful message full of light.
Even right now you perceive nothing.
Keep in mind that it is within your unconscious mind.
And soon it will come to conscious awareness.
Now it is time to return.
So I am going to count from one to three.
One,
Slowly regaining consciousness.
Two,
Slowly stretching your body.
And three,
Wide,
Wide awake.
Wide,
Wide awake.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
