Hello and welcome to the Embodied Voice Breathwork Podcast.

I am your guide Fern Olivia here to explore the depths of your breath and the creativity and freedom of your voice.

This week we are exploring what it means to claim the crown of your abundance.

Because if you expand fully into your breath today and fully into your voice with the intention to call in more abundance to your life,

More prosperity,

More wealth into your life,

Then chances are you will actually materialize this manifestation into reality pretty quickly.

I know because this practice has worked for me and has worked for hundreds and thousands of people who surrender out of the mind space,

Out of the illusion of lack and scarcity,

And into the space of pure trust and flow.

We do this using holotropic breath,

Breath holds,

And vocal toning.

I am so excited to guide you today in a purely channeled practice.

And what I mean by that is that I feel into the theme of the session as we are holding the breath,

Channeling in the messages that Spirit is calling upon me to share in this given moment.

And most of the time it's messages that also apply to my own life as well.

So here I am with you,

Breathing into this space of expansiveness together as we rise into our highest selves and we rise into what is truly possible for ourselves and humanity.

The more of us that can fully step into this actualization of abundance and wealth,

We empower all those around us with the example that it is truly possible and it is attainable.

So if you are ready to join me in this practice,

Please find a comfortable seat.

You can be laying down or you can be sitting with a straight spine or leaning against your back of your bed or a chair if that's comfortable for you.

The most important thing is that you are comfortable.

And like in all my Breathwork sessions,

I remind you that you are your own teacher,

You are your own guru,

Your own master.

So please remember to listen to yourself,

Find your edge,

Gently approach that edge and decide whether today you take that leap into a space that feels expansive for you.

And may you enjoy this practice.

Most of all,

May it serve you and create more joy in your heart.

Let's begin.

So together,

Let's begin to inhale fully into your chest and exhale.

Sigh the breath out into a gentle sigh,

Opening the mouth,

Letting the lips part to let a sigh out.

Inhale again through your nose.

Exhale a sigh.

May this sigh give you a sense of relief of coming home to yourself.

And one more deep breath in and exhale.

Beautiful.

Here we are arriving.

Notice as you continue this breath,

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling a sigh out the mouth.

Notice where you are in your level of comfort with your current situation of abundance.

Is it an elevated,

Joyful place for you right now?

Or perhaps there's a level of discomfort or unease around your abundance.

Perhaps you would like more.

Or perhaps you would like it to flow more easily to you.

Less struggle,

Less hustle.

Perhaps it's flowing easily for you,

Though you would like to change the stream of where it's coming from.

For a moment as you breathe,

Just notice the feelings that come up around abundance.

Notice if there's any areas of tension in your body that start to signal to you of where this discomfort may be manifesting in your physical body.

And sigh that out through your mouth,

Letting that go completely.

Let's increase the pace of this breath.

Inhaling through your nose,

Exhaling through the mouth.

Keep this breath with the intention with every breath to increase the level of comfort and satisfaction with abundance.

With the intention to heal your relationship,

To receiving your abundance,

To claiming the crown of your abundance,

To fully accepting that abundance is your birthright.

And not only accepting this,

Rejoicing this.

Rejoicing in how much abundance you,

In this human experience,

Can truly feel,

Can truly embody.

Keep this breath.

We will be reaching our first breath hold in just a moment.

And during this breath hold,

I invite you to notice what it feels like to completely soften into the feeling of receptivity.

So inhale,

Deep breath in through your nose.

Inhale a little bit more.

Receive a little bit more abundance.

Good.

Exhale and surrender any attachment to receiving that abundance.

Let it go,

Let it go,

Let it go,

Let it go.

So effortlessly,

The bank accounts,

The debt,

Whatever it is,

Let it go,

Let it go.

And then hold empty.

Do not breathe in.

Feel yourself cutting cords of any shame around money,

Any shame around abundance,

Any shame around having a certain amount,

Perhaps the fear that it would get taken away.

Cut cords from any family scarcities that aren't yours to carry.

And let yourself be in a state of complete openness and receptivity as you hold your breath out a little bit longer,

A little bit longer.

And as you inhale,

Three,

Two,

One,

Inhale,

Fill up a little bit more,

Fill up a little bit more and hold.

And here,

As you hold your breath full,

Feel yourself being showered in the abundance that you desire,

Whether that is manifestation and physical abundance,

Whether that's abundance of time,

Freedom to do what you love,

Absolutely waking up with so much joy and freedom and health.

Feel into the expansiveness of what that embodiment of abundance feels like in your life.

Hold a little bit longer and feel yourself so joyful,

So peaceful.

Embody that feeling as if all the wealth came to you so effortlessly simply by doing what you love in alignment with spirit,

In alignment with your purpose.

Beautiful.

Exhale all the breath out,

Let it all go,

Let it all go.

All the attachment to receiving it at any certain timeline,

Let it all go out,

Out,

Out,

Out.

Hold empty again and feel yourself completely open to the universe's timeline for you to receive.

Let go any resistance to this receiving.

Let go of any expectation,

Energy,

Of any grasping,

Any needing,

Any dependency,

Any need for validation.

Just let it go.

And now as you inhale deeply,

Claim the crown of your abundance.

Visualize as you inhale a crown is being placed upon the top of your head.

Royalty.

Let this crown as you hold your breath be magnetizing abundance to you in all directions.

On the etheric level,

This crown of abundance is a magnet.

It is attracting through the law of attraction the highest vibration frequency of abundance to your life right now.

And visualize what that high frequency abundance looks like,

Feels like,

Smells like,

Tastes like.

Keep holding that breath.

The abundance is coming into your field right now.

Claim this crown of your abundance.

Rejoicing in this feeling of peace.

Visualize this crown getting brighter,

More and more and more magnetic as you breathe.

We are coming up to our second breath hold.

So on the count of three,

Two,

One.

Together deep breath in.

Hold for a moment.

Squeeze that kundalini energy from the base of your spine to the crown of your head.

Squeeze,

Squeeze.

Sip in a little more air.

Hold.

Press your palms together at the center of your heart.

Apply some force as you hold your breath.

As you exhale,

Visualize beautiful golden light around your aura.

As you exhale,

Release your hands to your knees or onto your lap.

And hold the breath empty.

And visualize your aura,

Your magnetism,

Your magnetic field getting brighter,

Stronger,

Attracting to you this beautiful energy of abundance that is your birthright.

Visualize yourself wearing this crown of crystalline frequency,

High vibrational frequency to attract this abundance that you can use generously to enjoy your life and serve others in a way that feels peaceful,

Harmonious.

Keep holding that breath a little longer and visualize this happening right now.

Right here.

Inhale a full breath in,

Rejoicing in this ability that you have to elevate your frequency to receive more abundance.

Fill up with the energy of wealth,

The energy of pure bliss knowing that you have everything you need to enjoy your life,

To give to others.

Fill up a little bit more and hold your breath.

Visualize this crown and visualize what it would feel like to have so much abundance that sharing with the world is so natural to you that you can share generously in service,

Doing what you love in a way that feels like money,

Abundance,

Currency,

Energy flows so freely to you in a natural space.

There is just an infinite amount that can be received.

There's no limit.

It's just pure energy,

Pure currency.

Exhale a sigh of relief that it is this easy to let money,

Abundance,

Freedom flow through you.

Let it all flow through you as you exhale.

And let's move into our third round with this powerful knowing that you've just created within yourself.

Let's speed this breath up this time even more because we're in it.

We are in this frequency.

We are riding this wave.

You're anchoring in these feelings.

Exhaling mouth.

Let's speed this breath up a little bit more to really anchor in this feeling of abundance,

Wearing your crown above your head,

Proudly marching into this new way of being and this new way of living,

Knowing that this energy is currency and you can give it and receive it with such ease.

And you will attract more and more people around you who know this vibration.

It is their home state.

It is their frequency.

So all those around you are in this beautiful,

Vibrant energy with you,

Reminding you how easy it is to stay in this frequency.

Visualize this crown getting more and more magnetic.

High-frequency magnet for abundance,

And then exhale,

Release all the expectations,

Any doubts,

Any limiting beliefs around when this is going to actualize in the physical.

Let it all go.

Let any disillusions,

Old stories,

Old narratives,

Old patterns go.

Beautiful.

Hold that breath empty and feel yourself magnetizing effortlessly all that you desire and knowing with complete certainty that it is also looking for you,

That this abundance is looking for you to receive it.

As you claim this crown to your abundance,

I easily receive abundance.

With intention to receive fully beyond your wildest dreams of what is possible to receive.

What if it could be easy?

Sing this prayer that receiving this abundance is easy.

It is fun.

It is joyful.

And that abundance comes and goes easily to you so effortlessly.

Pure fun and alignment in doing what you love with integrity and service.

And abundance comes to you in gifts.

It comes to you in surprises.

It comes to you in experiences,

In pleasure.

Keep singing this prayer and let it be heard by the universe as a request,

As gratitude for what you have already.

Gratitude for what you have already and what you would like to receive as if it were already in your life.

If that abundance were already in your home,

In your sacred space,

In your bank account,

In your love life,

What would that feel like to you right now to be so grateful for having that?

And the feeling of ease for letting go,

Of letting abundance be channeled out into experiences.

What if that currency was so easily flowing through you that you could experience the richness of life and pleasure and feel like you just have so much more to give,

To give back to others,

To take care of those you love,

To take care of yourself.

Visualize and sing this prayer,

Sing this gratitude,

Sing this feeling with your whole heart,

Your whole soul,

And let it be heard by those who need to hear this message.
