Welcome to the Celestial Healing Meditation. I'm Flora Peterson. In this meditation, I will bring you through an awareness of all the celestial energy that you have inside of your physical body. All of us are created of energy, And this energy is the same energy that creates universes, That creates stars and planets, And even a coffee mug or a teacup. All of us are divine beings. All of us have this celestial wisdom inside of us. This meditation will help to awaken this celestial knowledge and allow for healing using that celestial knowledge. During this meditation, I encourage you to allow all prejudgments or preconceived notions that you may have to melt away and allow the endless possibilities that come with that divine celestial knowledge of knowing that you are part of creation. You are creation. And through that integration of allowing that energy to come forth and emerge within you and allowing that energy of healing to bring forth and rise up and bring out all of those things in your life that need to be healed on a mental, Physical, Spiritual, And emotional level, With that emergence of all those things that need to come up, You will be able to encapsulate and harness and use for the highest good of all this celestial power and this celestial wisdom that all of us hold inside of us. Let's begin, Shall we? Find a comfortable seated position or lie down comfortably. Let's begin by taking a few deep breaths together. Take a deep breath in, In through the nose, Allowing your belly to rise and chest to rise. And exhale, Allowing your chest to fall and your belly to sink in. Take another deep breath in, Really expanding your lungs, Allowing your diaphragm to expand completely and chest to rise. And exhale, Allowing your chest to fall and your belly to sink in. And really squeeze out all of that old oxygen and all of that old air. Take another deep breath in, Deep, Deep, Deep breath in through the nose and allowing that diaphragm to fill up and your lungs to fill up all the way to capacity. And exhale, Allowing that chest to fall and your belly to sink in. Continue breathing this way during this entire meditation. As you take another deep breath in, Really expanding your lungs. I want you to drop your consciousness down to your heart space and really fill your whole energetic field with that heart space energy. Allow that breath to rise and fall naturally and really sit in this heart space energy. As you're sitting in this heart space energy, I want your awareness to be at your spine. Notice how your whole entire spine feels right now. Notice the base of your head, How it's connected to your spine. Your awareness to all the vertebrae, Starting at the very top of your spine, Connects you to your head. Bring your awareness down slowly, Each vertebrae, All the way down now to your shoulders, Now to the upper middle back. Bring your awareness down now to the middle of your back, Down further to your lower back, Then down by your hips, Now at the very base of your spine and your tailbone. Breathe into this awareness. Really feel that connection that your spine has with your body. Your spine is the support of every system in your body, Supporting it and allowing it to function fluidly. Now I want you to bring your awareness inside of the spinal column, And I want you to visualize an iridescent, Crystalline cord that runs all through your spinal column. This crystalline cord is the cord that connects you energetically, All of creation. This cord runs all the way through your energy field, Anchoring you down to Mother Earth, Down deep, Deep in her core. It runs all the way up through the Earth, Up through your energy field, Into your tailbone, Into the base of your spine, All the way up your spine, Through the base of your skull, Up through your crown chakra, Through the atmosphere, Up to the Christ consciousness grid, And up to the divine celestial energy. This crystalline cord, This energy matrix that is within all of us, Connects us with all of creation. Bring your awareness back to your heart space and feel the pulsing, The beat of your heart. Feel that life force that is within you. I want you to envision all of that life-giving life force, That essence that makes your heart beat. Envision that life force as a golden and silvery iridescent light, Pulsing through every vein and every artery in your body. Envision all of your cells glowing with this iridescent, Crystalline, Celestial light. See it filling up all of your organs, Illuminating all of your limbs and fingers and toes, Illuminating every cell in your body, Allowing you to feel this vital life source. Feel this vital life force pulsing within you. I want you to bring your awareness back to your spinal column and feel that energy cord, That crystalline cord that connects you with Mother Earth and the celestial heavens. Bring your awareness down that cord, Down into Mother Earth, And really become aware of that anchor and feel how nurturing and solid Mother Earth energy is. Feel how it supports and nurtures you. Feel how that foundation that she provides for you really sustains your physical body. Feel that awareness of that foundation and that support. Feel it rising up from the base of your feet, Your toes, Over your ankles. Feel that loving, Caring, Nurturing, Unconditional support that Mother Earth gives you, Your physical body. Feel the support as it goes over your shins and calves, Over your knees, Thighs, Up to your hips and waist, Over your belly and back, Over your chest and settles into your heart space. Bring your awareness back to that crystalline cord in your spinal column and follow it up, Up, Up through the base of your skull, Up through your crown chakra, Through the atmosphere, Through the Christ consciousness grid and all the way out to the celestial heavens. Feel that celestial energy, That creation energy, Feel that life force pulsing. See that white iridescent light surrounding every cell, Every essence in that cord. Have that energy, That crystalline, Bright, Light, Iridescent creation energy. Follow that down, Down, Down until it enters the top of your head through your crown chakra and illuminates your head. See that melting down over your body, That beautiful white iridescent creation energy melting over your forehead and your ears, Your face, Illuminating your entire body slowly but surely. It's moving down your face, Over your chin and neck, Cascading over your shoulders, Down your arms, Over your chest and meeting at that heart space. Your awareness is now in your heart space and your heart space is now swirling with that energy of Mother Earth that anchors you and the celestial creation wisdom and energy from the heavens and it swirls together in your heart space, Creating that divine dance of creation. Allow this creation energy to really expand in your whole body. Allow this energy to penetrate every cell of your body. Now I'd like your awareness to go to places in your body that feel dissonant or feel chaotic or feel unhealthy or unwell. Allow your awareness to envision bright concentrations of this celestial Mother Earth energy anywhere that you have dissonance or dis-ease or things that are not for your highest good. Allow the awareness of where they're settled at in your body to become clear. Scan your body now for any of these areas of concentration. Really settle into that breath and allow those awarenesses to become very clear to your consciousness. Now I'd like for you to settle back into your heart space and really feel that swirling of that divine Mother energy and that celestial energy. Feel that swirling, Feel that divine dance of creation. Feel the power, Feel that creation energy. Now using this life force that is in your heart space, Allow that divine dance to move over your body where those concentrations of dis-ease or chaos, Any other energy that you are ready to heal and release. Allow that divine dance creation energy to dance over those areas. As it dances over the area, Allow it to clear, Release, Transmute and heal that space. Allow any dis-ease to be eased. Allow any fear to become peace. Allow any and all judgments to be released and neutralized. Allow hardships to be healed and whole. As this dance of energy cascades across your body, Through every cell, Every organ, Allow release to happen. Release, Release, Release. With each release, You will feel lighter and more in line with your true vibrational self. As you feel the dance begin to slow and all that which needed to be released and transmuted complete, Bring your awareness back to your heart space. Feel the glowing of all that celestial energy pulsing through your veins, Through your heart, Liver, Lungs, Kidney, All of your organs, Your brain, Your limbs. Feel and see that crystalline celestial energy that is so brilliantly alive and is so bright. Feel that vital life force. Now allow an extra ray of energy coming deep from within Mother Earth, Up through your energy field, Up to your heart space, And then another ray coming from the celestial divine down through the Christ consciousness grid, Through the environment, The atmosphere, The top of your head, Through your crown chakra, And meeting again in your heart space and feeling that divine dance of energy. This extra energy is now filling up all of those places that were released. All of those energies, The dis-ease, The illness, The fear, All other energies that were released for your highest good are now being filled up by this celestial foundational creation energy. Feel the vital life force dancing across your body through every organ and cell. Feel it swirling around your body, Filling up all those areas that were once filled with dis-ease or any unwanted chaotic energy, Allowing that energy to really fix into your energy field, That vital energy, This life force energy. Feel how your body is transmuted for the highest good of all, How it feels energized and alive and awakened for the first time in a long time. As you can feel the energy start to complete all those areas where that energy was released and is now filled in, Bring your awareness back to your heart space. Really focus on that divine dance of creation. Bring your awareness back to your breath, Deep, Deep belly breaths in, Allowing your chest to rise as your belly rises. As you exhale, Your chest falls and your belly sinks in. Each time that you breathe in deeply, You are breathing in vital life force that will allow your true essence inside, This crystalline divine energy to ignite and transmute any dis-ease or chaos or fear, Judgment, Resentment, Anything that is not for your highest good can be released, Is connected with this breath. Each time you breathe deeply, Deeply with your belly and your chest and exhale, You are reactivating your vital creation life force inside your core essence. Bring your awareness to the second energy stream that came up from Mother Earth and down from the celestial divine. See those energies going deep within your heart space and merging with your crystalline celestial core that runs all the way up your spine and down your spine. See the dance at a microscopic level. As you see this dance, You become aware that it's now two energy cores intertwined. This is your DNA, The double helix. Know that any time you experience dis-ease, Discomfort, Or any type of energy that you feel is not for your highest good, You can come back to this meditation. Bring in that divine celestial energy and that divine Mother Earth energy. Feel that creation inside of you. Notice and become aware of all the dis-ease, If any, In your body. Go through and feel the dance of life heal and transmute that energy that is not for your highest good. Become aware of that second stream of energy merging with your own, Feeling that divine dance fill you up, Healing and transmuting, Merging together and becoming whole again. Back to your heart space. Really feel that heart space energy surround and engulf you. Feel your awareness expand, Expand beyond your physical body, Beyond your auric field. Feel your heart space going all out to the universe, Feeling how one you are with all the universe, And allowing that awareness to go from all the vast corners of the universe back in, Back in, Back in, Your auric field, Your energy field, Back into your body and back to your heart space. Feeling and knowing that we are all one nation. Take a deep breath in, Allowing your belly to rise and chest to rise. Exhale as you allow your chest to fall and your belly to sink in. Take a deep breath in, Big belly breath, Allow your chest to rise. And as you exhale, Allow your chest to fall and your belly to sink in. Take another deep breath in. Bring your awareness to your hands and feet and exhale, Wiggle your hands and toes, Fingers and toes. Take another deep breath in. Rock your head from side to side and exhale and take another deep breath in. Open your eyes and come back to the room. I would encourage you to do this meditation, Do this celestial healing meditation anytime that you have disease, Discomfort, Or anything in your life that you would like to manifest differently. Really allow the celestial divine energy to come in and transmute all the energy for your highest good.
