Let's take a moment now to get comfortable.
Allow your body to settle into wherever you are.
You can sit or lie down,
Listening to what your body needs.
This meditation was made for you in this moment.
Gently close your eyes and begin by taking a slow,
Deep breath in and a soft,
Long breath out.
No need to change anything.
No judgment or thought.
Just noticing your breath as it is.
Let your shoulders drop.
Unclench your jaw.
Soften your face.
You do not have to hold onto anything right now.
Now gently bring your awareness to your body as a whole.
Notice where you might be holding tension.
Maybe in your chest,
Your stomach,
Or your shoulders.
Without forcing anything,
Just gently allow those areas to soften.
Breathing into these parts with lots of love and acceptance.
Breathing out the release of this heavy energy.
And if your mind has been busy lately,
Thinking about your life,
Your future,
Where you should be,
Just notice that.
And for this moment,
Give yourself permission to set it all down.
You do not need to have everything figured out right now.
You are exactly where you need to be.
Take a slow breath in.
And as you exhale,
Imagine releasing pressure.
The pressure to have it all together.
The pressure to know your path.
The pressure to be somewhere else.
The pressure to be someone else.
Let it go just for now.
And now imagine yourself standing in a calm,
Natural place.
Maybe a quiet forest or next to a creek.
Somewhere that feels peaceful and safe to you.
The air is soft.
The ground beneath you is steady.
Feel your feet grounded into the earth.
You are fully supported here.
Nothing is being asked of you.
There is nowhere else you need to go.
Nothing you need to do.
No checklist you need to complete.
You are allowed to just be.
You are complete,
Worthy,
And purposeful.
Now bring one hand to your heart if that feels comfortable.
And gently remind yourself,
I am allowed to move at my own pace.
I am not behind.
I am finding my way.
The universe has a plan for me.
Let those words settle.
You don't have to force belief.
Just let them be there.
And spend some time in this space with this feeling.
Allowing yourself this time to release all of the heaviness.
Now begin to take a slow,
Deep breath in.
And start to begin to notice the way your body feels.
Feel the space around you.
Ready?
Gently begin to bring your awareness back.
Wiggle your fingers,
Your toes.
You can return to this feeling any time you need.
You are exactly where you are meant to be.
Trust yourself and the universe.
