Nature is the intelligence that guides every living thing to open,
Grow,
Adapt,
And restore.
This morning,
Before anything begins,
You have a moment to return to that intelligence,
To reconnect with your eternal landscape.
Let's begin our practice.
Settle into a comfortable seat,
Spine long,
Feet grounded,
Hands resting softly on your lap.
Let your gaze soften,
And gently close your eyes.
Before sunlight touches your skin,
A movement begins.
You meet your breath.
You meet your nature.
Notice your inhale,
And your exhale right now.
Just awareness.
Feel the temperature of the air as it enters.
Feel your body soften as it leaves.
Take a slow breath in through the nose,
And exhale through the mouth.
Inhale,
And exhale,
Loosening the shoulders.
Fully in,
And fully out.
Inhaling fully,
Inflating your belly,
Your chest.
Exhale slowly,
Blowing out all the air.
Last breath in,
And release.
And now,
Let your body arrive to this moment.
We are now going to start with some activation.
You're going to inhale through the nose for two seconds,
And exhale through the mouth with a little bit more force for one second,
For a total of 30 cycles.
And after,
We'll go for a breath hold.

And I invite you to take an intentional and full breath in through the nose,
All the way down,
Fully expanding,
And then letting it all go.
