Unwind With Gentle Guitar + Delta Waves (1Hz Binaural Beats)
This is my first exploration into the fascinating world of binaural beats (the real ones). If you use headphones, you'll hear a low, oscillating sound beneath the 49-minute guitar improvisation. I made the low sounds (the starting sample was a guitar pure tone at 741 Hz, then edited to lower the frequency by 2 octaves), while the oscillations (beats) are instead created by your brain in real time. H.W. Dove discovered this phenomenon in 1839, but only in 1973 did Gerald Oster bring attention to this scientific discovery with the article "Auditory Beats in the Brain". Delta waves are the ones that our brain resonates with when we are sleeping or deeply relaxed. This track is also special because while I was playing this, I was listening to a lovely meditation by Ruthie Hanan. I can tell that her words contributed to the beauty of this piece. I truly hope you'll enjoy this one. Thank you for listening.
