Having centered, Grounded yourself and connected to your protection power, Turn on your 360-degree vision and identify the various toxic cords of attachment that are currently clouding your energy field. Once you do so, Spend some time carefully touching each cord and following it to discover where it leads. You'll get a feel for the person, Location, Object, Belief or past life it's linked to as you interact with it. During this process, Be careful not to stir up any anger, Hurt or resentment as this will only strengthen your attachment to it. Simply look at the cords and make mental notes of what they mean. Now that you've discovered all the cords, It's time to cut them and let go of these relationships. Come into your power to clear energy, While sitting or standing, With your eyes open or closed. Feel the life force energy flowing through you, Linking you to the heavens above and the ground below, And know and affirm that you have all you need to let go of these toxic connections completely. Consider your dominant hand as a useful tool in this process, And when you're ready, Spread your fingers so that your palm is wide and extended, And on the count of three, Run your hand through each cord, Cutting each using your hand as an energetic knife. And while you're doing this, Say silently or out loud, I entirely and completely release you from my life. Let's release the first one right now, One, Two, Get your hand ready, Three, Cut the cord and say I entirely and completely release you from my life. And send love and thanks to the people, Places, Objects, Beliefs, Or past lives who have taught you so much. Negative, Angry, Or resentful energy will hinder the cord cutting, So avoid it. Now take a deep breath in, And with the exhale, Allow your body to adjust to this energetic shift and then refocus your energy, And I'll give you some time to cut the rest of the cords. After you've severed all the cords, Sit quietly for at least 5 minutes after this meditation, And allow your body to acclimate to the new changes, While you send love and thanks to what you've released. When you're ready, Take a deep breath in, Open your eyes, And release.
