Nighttime Money Magnet: Manifest Abundance While You Sleep

Take a long deep breath in,

Hold it,

And release.

And as you keep breathing in and out,

I want you to let your breath be a tool to detoxify,

To de-stress,

To let go of the day,

And to allow your body and your spirit to simply be.

In this moment,

All is well and you're safe.

With the next exhale,

I want you to relax 10 times more and allow your body to sink into the bed.

And in the next exhale,

Bring your attention right now to the center of your chest,

Where you can find your heart chakra in the center of your chest,

Which is a ball of radiating emerald green light.

Your heart chakra is the center of your soul and as you breathe in and out right now,

Allow this door within your heart chakra to open and allow the spirit and the essence and the frequency of your soul to start emanating through it,

Expanding through your chest and through your body and taking up space.

It's a bright radiating golden light,

Representing the frequency of your own being,

Of your soul.

And as it saturates your body and expands out into your energy field as well,

It encourages every single atom and piece of consciousness within you to start melting into this energy,

To start blending with this golden light and becoming one with it.

Beyond your physical body,

You're simply energy.

And this golden light from your heart reminds your body of your authentic true state,

All you can see is now turning into this gold energy,

And you're swimming in it.

You're feeling that abundance.
