This meditation is for those who are called to be on the Global Heart Team.
If you feel a part of this Global Heart of receiving and giving love out into the world.
So let's begin by sitting down comfortably or lying down and close your eyes and imagine as opening your chest up.
Taking that first deep belly breath in and as you exhale just begin to relax your muscles in your face,
Your body,
Letting go.
Taking a nice deep belly breath in and as you exhale just release any thoughts or feelings in this moment.
Nice deep belly breath in and as you exhale just really bring your attention to be fully present in this moment.
With the next inhale imagine breathing in loving energy into your heart and as you exhale imagine sending that loving energy out into the world.
Breathing in that loving energy allow it to infuse every cell of your heart and as you exhale imagine sending it to loved ones,
Friends,
Family,
Neighbor.
And as you inhale breathing in that loving energy and as you exhale imagine creating a love bubble around you,
Pull this loving energy and just see as you continue to inhale and exhale this love bubble getting bigger,
Expanding into the entire room you're in.
Imagine expanding beyond the walls,
Out into the neighborhood allowing this loving energy to connect with all living beings in the area.
Then imagine this loving field expanding out further and further as you continue to breathe in love for yourself on the inhale and on the exhale fueling this love bubble that goes into other countries,
Around the oceans,
Around the whole planet.
Imagine this loving energy reaching up to the net of light that surrounds Mother Earth and infusing that net of light with love so that all living beings feel this unconditional love.
Imagine this loving energy being so strong,
So powerful that is able to shift humanity from fear to love.
Just imagine a world where people love unconditionally,
People feel safe,
People connect in healthy ways.
Imagine being a part of this global heart,
We are facilitating this shift from fear to love.
Imagine going throughout your day being a loving presence for yourself and others to enhance the shift from fear to love.
Imagine being able to keep your global heart open throughout the day,
Setting the day,
The morning in tension,
Just being a loving presence.
And any act out of that loving presence will enhance the world.
And just feel the peace and joy that comes from opening your heart,
Allowing your heart to connect with other hearts on this global team.
And as you continue throughout your day,
Imagine standing in that love for all living beings.
So when you're ready,
Bring yourself back to the room,
Back to where you're sitting or laying down.
And just slowly open your eyes as you go through the rest of your day standing in love.
