Welcome to the meditation course with me.

Today I will share with you the practice techniques of the visualization meditation.

Visualization meditation is to combine visualization into the practice of meditation.

Visualization requires us to create positive images in our minds which can be about happy places or happy things.

Visualization meditation has a powerful healing effect.

We receive a lot of negative information in our minds every day.

Visualization meditation can positively guide information in our minds,

Help us to develop more positive thoughts instead of falling into daily nuggets.

Visualization meditation is easier to help us improve our concentration.

Usually our attention has only a short time for concentration.

When we emerged in happy and happy things,

It is easier for us to concentrate,

Which also help us generate the abilities of concentration.

Today we will practice visualization and purification meditation together.

Let's start the practice.

We sit in comfortable pose,

Close the eyes,

Adjust our pose,

Breathe naturally.

And when we breathe in,

We visualize all the good positive energy in the universe.

It is like pure joyful white light which is received into our body from the top to bottom.

When we exhale,

The black smoke is also discharged from the body.

These smokes are negative energy,

Positive mistakes,

Negative emotions,

And completely leave our body when we exhale.

Once again,

Repeat the previous steps.

Follow our own rhythm,

Breathe and visualize at the same time.

And we will do it together for 5 minutes.
