Goddess Meditation with Dear Mother So now just finding yourself in a comfortable, Seated position or if you wish you can lie down just gently feathering your nest creating your comfortable safe space and now gently closing the eyes and bringing your awareness to your breath and taking a nice gentle deep breath in and sighing it out and then just letting go and sighing it out inhaling let that tension go inhale and just continue to follow your gentle breaths in and out just witnessing that gentle flow of the cooler air entering your nose as you inhale and the warmer air rising up and out of the body as you exhale so I would like you to now visualise that you are standing in a beautiful forest that you are standing in a beautiful forest and on the earth amongst the trees you see the ground is covered in a light covering of snow and you look up and you can see delicate snowflakes dropping down from the sky and touching your face they feel refreshing on your skin the air is crisp but you are warmly wrapped up and in the forest you can now see there is a path and you now decide to walk along the path and as you are walking what do you see? What can you feel? What can you smell? What can you hear? And it feels wonderful to be walking along this path in this beautiful forest and you notice now in the distance there is a clearing so you decide to continue on the path towards the clearing and now ahead of you you see a small hill and up this hill you see a gentle path leading up so you now decide to walk up the hill it is a nice gentle slope and all around you you can see the earth covered in this crisp snow and the cool breeze against your skin and then the path begins to level out and you see on this level land that there is a round house so you now start to walk towards the round house and before you enter you turn around and you can see that the sun is gently setting in the sky and now you turn back to the entrance of the round house and you can see in the middle of this round house there is a beautiful and inviting fire it looks cosy and warm inside and you can see a figure just behind the fire and they beckon you in so you now enter the round house feeling its warmth feeling comfortable in this space and you begin to walk around the fire to the figure standing behind it and as you approach you notice that this figure is dear mother and you now stand with her in this beautiful warm and inviting place and you both observe the fire and you can smell sacred herbs burning cleansing this space and you can now feel the energy of dear mother with you and you turn now to look at her feeling her warm presence and she asks is there anything you would like guidance with today? So you now take some time speaking with dear mother and your answers may appear in the form of words maybe images, Symbols whichever form feels right for you deep resolution distance capabilities You You With dear mother is coming to an end And she wishes to give you a gift So you accept the gift And give her thanks for her guidance today So we turn back towards the entrance of the round house And walking now towards the opening and back out onto the hillside And gently now walking along the path leading back down the hill Back into the forest Until you are back to where you came And now you gently bring your awareness back to your breath And back into your body And back to this present moment
