It’s a great track to fall back asleep to. My son woke up around 12am and 3am, the last wake up had me AWAKE & thinking of I’ve learned anything from meditation is that thinking at that time doesn’t help much. Ty for the calming noise if the waves I was asleep in about 4 mins
