Settle yourself into a nice and comfortable position,
Allowing your body to guide you into your space of comfort.
When you are ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Direct your focus inward to the rhythm of your breath flowing in and out of your body.
Inhale deeply,
Allowing the cool air to fill your lungs,
Refreshing and awakening every cell in your body.
As you exhale,
Imagine a wave of relaxation washing over you,
Releasing any tension or tightness you may be holding onto.
With each breath in,
Visualize clarity and peace entering your body.
With every breath out,
Allow stress and worry to dissolve,
Leaving you calm and centered.
Breathe in deeply,
Feel the expansion of your chest and the rise of your belly.
Hold this breath for a moment,
Basking in the life force you've drawn in.
As you exhale slowly,
Visualize any remaining tension melting away,
Leaving your body feeling light and at ease.
Now bring your attention to the top of your head and imagine a wave of relaxation slowly descending from your head down to your neck and shoulder.
With each breath,
This soothing wave moves gently down your arms,
Relaxing your upper arms,
Your elbows,
Your forearms and finally reaching your hands.
Feel the tension release from each finger,
Leaving them feeling warm,
Loose and completely relaxed.
Allow this wave of relaxation to travel back up to your shoulders,
Gliding down your spine,
Relaxing each vertebra,
Each muscle,
All the way down to your lower back.
Feel the support beneath you.
With each exhale,
Allow your body to sink deeper into relaxation,
Deeper into the support,
Trusting in the moment.
As this wave continues its journey,
Let it soothe your chest,
Your abdomen,
Releasing any tightness in your muscles,
Allowing your internal organs to relax,
To function effortlessly,
Without any strain.
Feel this relaxation spread to your hips,
Your thighs,
Unwinding and soothing as it goes,
Down to your knees,
Your calves and finally reaching your feet.
Imagine this wave of relaxation leaving your body through the tips of your toes,
Taking with it any last bits of tension.
You are now in a state of deep relaxation,
Your body feeling as light as a feather,
Your mind clear and serene,
You are now open and receptive.
Enjoy this peaceful,
Tranquil state for a few more moments longer,
Slowly allowing your breath to return to its natural rhythm.

Roll your shoulders gently forward,
Up towards your ears and then back.
Extend your arms overhead,
Interlocking your fingers and turning the palms upwards.
Stretch up towards the sky,
Lengthening your spine and opening up your chest.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Release your hands and gently sweep your arms down by your sides.
Gently open your eyes,
Welcoming the light and colors of your surroundings.
Stretch your arms out wide as if embracing the new day ahead.
You are ready to move forward with your day,
Carrying with you a sense of calm,
