Hello friend.

Tonight we'll take a gentle journey through a peaceful forest by the edge of a serene lake.

Helping you slowly unwind and drift into the soothing embrace of sleep.

As you settle into your bed,

Know that your body knows how to relax and drift into sleep.

Your body is wise and it remembers how to rest deeply.

All you need to do is allow yourself to soften into this moment.

Feel yourself sinking into your mattress,

The bed cradling your body.

Sense the softness of the blankets wrapped around you,

Protecting you as you drift off.

Gently close your eyes and imagine yourself floating,

Being carried on a gentle current of peace.

Away from the thoughts of the day,

There is nothing left to do,

Nothing you need to hold on to right now.

Just let go and trust that sleep will come.

Let's begin by taking a deep,

Calming breath through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely,

Hold it just for a moment.

And now exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension or stress.

Take another deep breath in,

Deep into the belly,

Hold it for a moment.

And slowly release the breath through the mouth.

Continue to breathe slowly and naturally,

With each exhale allowing your body to relax more and more.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your belly and chest with each breath,

A natural rhythm that calms and soothes you.

With every breath imagine a warm,

Peaceful energy flowing through you,

Starting at the top of your head.

This wave of relaxation moves gently across your forehead,

Releasing any tension in your eyes and jaw.

Let this relaxing energy flow down your neck,

Easing your shoulders and softening your arms.

Feel it moving through your chest,

Your abdomen and down your legs,

Reaching all the way to your feet.

Your entire body is now calm and at ease,

Sinking deeper into your bed.

Now picture yourself standing at the edge of a quiet forest,

Just as the day is giving way to twilight.

The sky above is painted with soft shades of pink and gold as the sun sets and a gentle silvery light begins to appear as the moon rises in the sky.

The air is cool and refreshing,

Carrying the scent of pine and earth.

You take your first step onto a soft,

Moss-covered path,

Feeling the gentle give beneath your feet.

The tall trees around you sway slightly in the evening breeze,

Their leaves whispering secrets of peace and calm.

As you walk slowly down the path,

You notice the soothing sounds of nature,

The rustle of leaves,

The distant song of a bird,

The soft crunch of the earth beneath your feet.

The deeper you venture into the forest,

The more serene it becomes.

You feel a sense of comfort and ease,

Knowing that you are in a place of complete safety and tranquility.

Every step you take brings you closer to a deep,

Restful sleep.

As you continue along the path,

You catch a glimpse of something shimmering through the trees,

A peaceful,

Crystal-clear lake.

Drawn to its beauty,

You make your way closer until you're standing at its edge.

The water is perfectly still,

Reflecting the glow of the rising moon and the deep greens of the surrounding trees.

The moonlight bathes the entire scene in a soft,

Silvery light,

Casting a gentle glow on the water and the landscape around you.

You feel its soothing effect,

As though the moon itself is watching over you,

Bringing a sense of calm and protection.

You find a large,

Smooth rock at the edge of the lake,

Warmed by the last rays of the sun.

You sit down on this rock,

Feeling its warmth beneath you,

And gaze out over the water.

The lake is,

Like a mirror,

Calm and clear,

Now illuminated by the soft moonlight.

The air around you is quiet and still,

And the only sound that you hear is the soft lapping of water against the shore.

As the moonlight dances on the surface of the lake,

You feel yourself becoming lighter,

As if the worries of the day are being carried away by the gentle light.

You are completely at peace,

Your mind as calm and clear as the lake before you.

As you sit by the lake,

The soothing light of the moon wraps around you,

Easing your mind and relaxing your body.

The peacefulness of this place seeps into every part of you,

Bringing a deep sense of tranquility.

The sky begins to darken as twilight deepens,

And the first stars appear,

Twinkling softly above the lake.

You feel a deep sense of serenity,

As though you are floating on the calm waters,

Held in a space of perfect stillness and peace.

With each breath,

You feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed,

Sinking deeper into this tranquil state.

The warmth of the rock,

The soft sounds of the lake and the gentle breeze create a cocoon of comfort around you,

Inviting you to rest deeply.

And now imagine a gentle blanket of stardust slowly drifting down from the sky,

Wrapping around you in its soft,

Comforting embrace.

The soft moonlight envelopes your body,

Guiding you gently into sleep.

With each breath,

You feel yourself sinking deeper into this warmth,

Your body melting into your bed.

The calm and peace of the forest and lake surround you,

Carrying you effortlessly towards the sleep.

There is nothing more you need to do.

Just allow yourself to drift,

Knowing that you are safe,

At ease and deeply relaxed.
