To start this meditation,
Please be seated comfortably,
Preferably in upright position,
With your back not leaning against anything,
And close your eyes,
Starting now.
In this moment,
The intention for this meditation is focus.
Focus in all aspects of life.
I am focused.
I am doing what I need to do,
Exactly when I need to do it.
No more putting things off.
No more saying,
I'm going to do something and not do it.
That is the old me,
A version of me that no longer exists,
Because from this moment forward,
I choose to be a person that keeps their word.
That when I say I'm going to do something,
I do it with veracity.
I do it with focus,
Clarity.
I keep all of my emotions out of it,
And I do what I need to do,
Regardless of how I feel,
Because I am focused.
And in this focus,
I learn to have absolute love and trust in my focus and what I am doing.
And I choose to accomplish great things,
Not only for me and myself,
But for the entire world.
And I see a world where I am helping others.
I see a world where I am changing reality for the better.
This is who I truly am.
This is the reality that I have chosen for myself.
Focused.
I am in my prime.
I am in my prime.
And I never waste a day,
Ever again.
Every single day,
I will chase my highest excitement.
I will get what I need to get done,
And I will continue to grow as a human being,
Because I am greater than I know.
Much,
Much greater.
And my greatness and my focus has just begun.
