We are back again today for another meditation experience and today is called a state of bliss and that's exactly where we're going to a state of bliss and it's to bring awareness to that word bliss and attach it to your feelings throughout the meditation and to set the intention to experience bliss and then to step out with bliss.
So whatever you've got coming after this,
That bliss is going to be all around you and all within you.
So a simple yet powerful meditation experience and to always focus on the feelings from within,
To bring awareness to any thoughts that do come up today and anytime you notice the mind wander,
Just bring your attention back inside the body and that's where we're going to spend a lot of our focus today.
Counting down from four,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Go.
Close in your eyes.
Bring yourself to this moment.
Bring yourself to this moment.
A state of bliss.
We go through life and sometimes we get ourself in a state and today we're going to make a statement.
Meant is the mind.
We're going to get our mind into a state and that state will be a description of the feelings from within your body.
A state of bliss.
So intention for this meditation.
To go and to be in a state of bliss.
So let us start by bringing our attention to the word bliss.
And bliss is unique for us all.
If you was to focus on the feeling of bliss,
What comes up for you?
When you hear the word bliss,
What does that mean for you?
Do you often experience bliss?
And if you notice the mind always trying to find an answer.
Yeah,
I experienced bliss.
Oh,
I'm not sure.
It's been a while.
It's time to let go of the mind and bring your attention straight inside the body.
They tell us the answers are from within.
They're from within your body.
And if you bring awareness to the inner body,
There is nowhere to go.
There is only to be.
So nowhere to go.
Well,
Your soul knows where to go.
The soul sets the mind.
And the mind listens to the soul.
So bring your soul inside your body.
Bring your soul.
If your soul is your truth.
And your truth is your feelings.
Where are your feelings?
And where are you?
From soul to soul.
You are the soul.
And you are unique.
Because your feelings are your feelings.
A state of bliss.
Your soul is bliss.
And your soul is full inside your body.
Soulful.
Full of your soul.
So where your attention goes,
The energy flows.
So bring your attention to your heart center.
And we're going to tune into your heart space.
The space around your heart.
The beat from your heart.
With the energy from your heart.
And I'm asking you to tune in.
To two separate beats.
The beat from your heart.
And that vibration of energy.
Your heart inside your body.
Distributing energy.
The energy inside your body.
Energy is your spirit.
The spirit of your heart.
I'd like you to notice.
That stillness.
Stillness of bliss.
And if we look at the body.
And the soul.
Stillness of the body.
And all the energy from within.
So any sensations.
Any vibrations.
Any tingles.
Any pulses.
That has to come from your soul.
Now feel your inner body.
In the stillness is aliveness.
Alive in the stream.
So bring your awareness.
To any thoughts.
And notice that stillness.
Are you here?
Here in the stillness.
I am.
Become the observer.
A deeper state of bliss.
A strengthened connection.
How do I connect with my soul?
Bring awareness to that connection.
Your place of bliss.
The place for your soul.
Imagine your soul going to that place.
And your mind is following the soul.
Your body feels it.
Your mind senses it.
Connect the sense of the mind.
To the feeling of the body.
To know it.
To know is to experience.
To experience is to feel.
To see.
And to remember.
The magic in the bliss.
In your own time.
Take your time.
Slowly bring yourself back to this moment.
Just be.
