We are back again today for another meditation experience.
Today is called the return to nature and we are going to return to nature's sounds and connect those sounds to the feelings within the body and with those feelings we then use the mind to create the imagination of the mind.
And my ask today is to really connect to the feelings and then with that memories,
Memories of nature from your experience,
From your story and with the imagination see what comes up for you.
So a nice easy meditation,
Another really powerful playlist.
And it's just to relax into this,
To enjoy this and just to notice and become the observer.

Go.
Closing your eyes.
Bring yourself to this moment.
Bring yourself to this moment.
So starting today's meditation is the return to nature.
Starting from the ocean of consciousness.
So we're going to start by bringing the attention inside the body.
Connecting the sounds to the feelings of the body.
The ocean,
The sea,
The waves.
See the waves inside your body.
So take your attention to your heart center.
The center of your body.
Connecting to the beat that waves through your body.
Waving through your body.
Breathing in those waves is to breathe through the heart center.
So focusing on the breath.
Breathing in through your nose.
Breathing through the heart,
The head,
And the higher self.
In through your nose.
Out through your nose.
And as you're breathing,
Imagine breathing in the air.
The ocean air.
Imagine the smell of the sea.
The freshness to the sky.
And notice that feeling.
We enter this world from the sea.
We flow through this world down the river.
And it's time to connect to the ocean.
Connect to that flow state.
The messengers of the sky.
The body as the earth.
Grounded with this feeling.
So scanning your body,
Allowing the body to relax,
To let go.
Starting from the neck,
Working our way down the body.
Where your attention goes,
Energy flows.
Where the attention goes,
Those whistles follow.
So imagine all alone nature.
All alone in this place.
Scanning your way through the body.
Allowing the body to relax.
To let go.
That light feeling.
The birds and messengers.
A message for you.
A bird's eye view.
Looking down at yourself.
As you hear my words,
Notice the body drift away.
Floating with spirit.
Notice that calmness.
That stillness within the body.
In nature,
You are now present.
The gift from the birds.
The gift from the skies.
The gifts from the trees.
So imagine trees.
Trees all around.
Connected at the roots.
The water flowing through the trees.
Using the imagination to take your attention to what is happening.
Imagine one tree.
Standing all alone.
And in that tree is a door.
An entrance.
A gateway.
Imagine making your way through that door.
A door for yourself.
And through the other side,
You hear a sound.
A beat.
A pulse.
A voice.
Guided by your soul.
Guided by that gut feeling.
Imagine that place.
Lost for words.
A new world.
The return to nature.
A natural feeling.
A random place.
A soulful feeling.
So take yourself back inside the body.
And imagine wandering through your body.
The roots inside your body.
So my words can never describe this place.
My words can point towards this place.
My words can never describe this feeling.
This feeling is your truth.
This feeling inside your body.
Each step from your soul.
Each beat from your heart.
Each image from your mind.
Random by design.
What can you see in this place?
What visions are created for your soul?
No mind.
And no meaning.
In through one entrance and out of another.
A new realm.
A spiritual place.
That feeling.
That feeling of peace.
That peace to calmness.
That calmness to joy.
That joy to freedom.
That freedom to your soul.
Enjoy that feeling.
Remember that feeling.
To continue that feeling.
Continue throughout your day.
The day leads to night.
The night leads to sleep.
Sleep leads to healing.
And the healing leads to the awakening.
To awaken with this feeling.
So notice how you are feeling.
How would you remember?
Remember the memories of a currency of the soul.
Memories lift you in spirit.
Nature is spirit.
So in your own time take your time.
Slowly bring yourself back to this moment.
Just be.
