Fear is something we're all capable of feeling,
Something that we all experience at some point.
You can either recognize that you have it and work to push through it,
Which is probably why you're here and that is what we'll do today,

And we end up holding onto our fear and trying to control aspects around us that might stimulate it.
We try to create that safety and control by avoiding anything unfamiliar.

We are meant to constantly change and evolve.
We are meant to overcome our comfort zones.
Life will inevitably present changes and events that challenge your efforts to stay the same.
And attaching to control will inevitably make you feel out of control.
The best way to let go of fear is to drop into the frequency of love and to remember that you can handle anything that life brings to you.
So bring your awareness to your breath,
Beginning to slow it down,
Allowing your entire body to relax.
Bringing awareness to your heart space,
Imagine a bright white light emanating from the center of your body.
This light represents the frequency of pure unconditional love.
Feel this light start to fill your entire body.
Maybe thinking of someone or something that you have a lot of love for to help you tap into this frequency.
Now feel that expand out a few feet past your body,
Feeling the space that surrounds you,
Shifting the energy that surrounds you.
Beginning to feel lighter and expand that even further to fill the room that you're in.
Bringing this frequency out even further to fill the earth and expand that frequency of love out into space.
Bringing the awareness back to your heart space,
Back to your body.
