Today,
We let go of the belief that we need to be perfect in order to be admired.
This session is a gentle reminder that we don't need to attain a certain skill or quality to love ourselves and for others to love us back.
Although this might sound obvious,
It's a battle that many of us play in our minds from time to time.
With practice,
We can love ourselves just as we are.
This is your place to surrender and be honest,
Letting the words really sink into your heart.
You'll leave today feeling refreshed,
With more warmth and light inside of you.
Begin to imagine someone or something that evokes excitement and passion within you.
Perhaps it's a creative hobby,
A pet,
Or a loved one.
What feelings arise in your body when you imagine this genuine love?
You may feel warmth or tingling.
Now recognize that these qualities are already within you,
They are from you,
And they can be redirected back to your own heart as self-love.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Take a moment to ground in truth.
I am a human being.
I can do anything.
I hold no limitations.
I am perfect as I am.

There's a well of knowledge and imagination inside of me that I may be unaware of.
This means that I don't need to work endlessly to become anything.
I am already that which I desire.
Whatever I desire wants me just as much as I want it.
Comparison is a thief of joy.
Each one of us holds our own gifts and qualities that are unique.
It's just a matter of becoming conscious enough to see them.
Relaxing into your truth.
Becoming one with who you are.
Peeling back the layers to your reality.
Really feel into the way your body opens up when you say this.

Today we visualize holding ourselves with the same care that we would give to a loved one.
A son,
Daughter,
Spouse,
Or a best friend.
It would break your heart to hear them speak negatively of themselves.
Let's begin to view ourselves in the same way.
Imagine a ball of bright light surrounding your field.
Letting it spread in all directions.
Sending so much warmth and light around you.
Feel into your body and see what part of you holds resistance.
Feel into that part of you and ask what it wants to say.
Begin to tell yourself some of your favorite qualities.
Just a few words about you as a person.
Make it simple like this.

I am smart.
I am beautiful inside and out.

Now we release any limiting beliefs.
Letting your heart open wide like a rose on a spring day.
Simply imagine yourself in a garden of love and forgiveness.
See the morning dew on the petals.
Smell the sweet scent.
Take in the gentle breeze as the flowers sway in the wind.
Take a deep breath.
Now repeat after me.
