I'm Heather.
I'm an EFT tapping practitioner.
And today I'll take you through a quick tap in to help you let go and detach from the outcome.
When it comes to manifesting,
It is great to know what you want,
Visualization practices but we get really caught up in the how,
The when,
That we end up overwhelming ourselves thinking,
Why is it not here yet?
Why have I not got it?
How long is it going to take?
And these thoughts alone are limiting beliefs.
And I was there for a long time,
For many years with my goals.
And something that has just helped me mentally as well as spiritually is detaching from the outcome,
Which means that we are going to be able to accept that whether this thing happens or not,
We're okay with it.
OK,
You might be like,
No,
But I want it to happen.
That's what's getting in your way.
You think it's this one thing,
This one.
Thing on a pedestal we're here to take it off the pedestal put yourself on the pedestal trusting the process trust in the universe that if it's meant for you it will not pass you by and if it passes you by it was not meant for you okay let's begin tapping on the eyebrow point and just repeat after me I really want this thing.
I want it so badly.
I've made vision boards.
I visualized it.
And I feel like I'm so close.
But also so far away at the same time.
And I keep getting caught up in the how and the when.
And it makes me feel really insecure.
Because I put this thing on a pedestal.
I feel like once I have it then I'll be happy.
Then I'll be fulfilled,
Rich,
Abundant.
You fill in the word.
And even though part of me believes that's true,
It's not the full truth at all.
I can be happy without this thing.
I can be fulfilled without this thing.
And even though that feels really hard for me to accept.
I'm choosing to deeply and completely.
Love,
Honour and forgive myself.
I forgive myself for becoming obsessed with this thing.
So obsessed it's unhealthy.
For my own mental health.
And choosing to detach from the outcome.
I'm choosing to detach myself from this goal this dream.
Sure,
It can be my North Star guiding me to where I want to go.
But it is not the be all and end all.
It is not going to change my life.
And me waiting for it.
Just puts me in a position of lack and desperation.
And I don't want to be like that.
I am so much better and I deserve so much better than that.
So today.

I'm letting it go If it's meant for me,
It will not pass me by.
And if it passes me by,
It was not meant for me.
I'm trusting the universe.
I believe that there are so many opportunities out there for me.
And instead of focusing on this one thing,
I open myself up to all the possibilities.
I'm open to all the miracles.
Open to all the abundance available for me right now.
I've already come so far.
What if it's not about getting the thing?
But it's about who I become along the way.
The people and relationships I form.
How I get out of my comfort zone and grow.
What is that?
Was the true joy in this thing.
So today I'm choosing to trust the process.
I let it go with love,
Knowing that it will come back for me if it's meant for me.
Instead,
I choose to focus on enjoying my life as it is right now.

And exhale.
Let it go.
And I hope you're feeling a lot better knowing that you've released.
This attachment to the outcome,
That is what's getting in the way of your manifestation,
Of feeling good now.
So I would just say today.
Instead of focusing and becoming obsessed with this goal,
This one thing,
Open your mind up to different perspectives.
Focus on enjoying your life right now.
Feel grateful for what you've overcome,
What you've learned.
Be grateful for the life that you're living.
That's where the true feeling of joy and love comes from.
