You can use this technique.
Where we rub the wrists against each other.
Now the trick is to wrap the entire wrist area.
From the bone Cross the center to the outer side.
And this engages with the heart meridian,
The pericardial meridian,
And the lung meridian.
So we could work these areas individually,
Massaging them.
Or we make it easier and we do both sides at the same time.
And you can work this for between 30 seconds to three minutes.
For effect.
Firm but no pain.
If you are feeling pain please stop.
Or reduce the pressure.
And repetition.
With experiences.
Symptoms like mentioned is going to see the greatest rewards.
So to do this two,
Three times a day,
With a period of four to five hours in between.
When we stop.

The work in the energy body doesn't stop.
It continues.
And this is why we need the time in between.
Time for integration.
Time for absorption.
