The evening of a new moon,

The aftereffects of a new moon.

Once a month,

We process the energy of the new moon.

And how do we process it?

It is a new life,

A new birth,

A new beginning.

And the energy is about rearranging your emotions,

Your actions,

Your feelings,

Your thoughts,

And grounding yourself with the light that is dimmed momentarily as the shadow side reveals itself to you.

You are no longer hiding from the shadow.

It resembles the remembering of a past and the beginning of something new,

In light of that past experience.

Without the downtime,

The struggles,

Without the triumphs and the tribulations,

There would be no need for every birth.

When something is ending,

It inevitably means a new beginning.

And in this aftermath,

The evening of a new moon,

After the three days of its essence and its energy,

We sit and ponder the effects,

The magic,

The mystical event,

Of a satellite far,

Far away that protects us and the earth and all that it is.

The new moon is when it is stark.

The light is on the other side.

And we wait for that light to pierce through and illuminate us with knowledge,

Comfort,

And anticipation.

Once a month,

Honor the new moon for this and this alone,

And welcome an eagerness and unknowing what lies ahead.

What illumination will you witness?

What enlightenment will you experience?

Be open for that change to show itself to you,

Sliver by sliver,

Bit by bit,

As the moon becomes brighter and brighter.

To be released on a full moon.

Namaste.

I welcome you to enjoy the full moon meditation in order to prepare yourself for what is to come in two weeks' time.

Namaste.
