A powerful healing prayer.
Heavenly Father,
I call on you right now in a special way.
It is through your power that I was created.
Every breath I take,
Every morning I wake up,
Every moment and every hour,
I live under your power.
Father,
I ask you now to touch me with that same power.
For if you created me from nothing,
You can recreate me.
Fill me with the healing power of your spirit.
Cast out anything that should not be in me.
Mend what is broken and root out any unproductive cells.
Open any blocked arteries or veins and rebuild any damaged areas.
Remove all inflammation and cleanse any infection.
Let the warmth of your healing love pass through my body to make new any unhealthy areas,
So that my body will function the way you created it to function.
Father,
Restore me to full health in mind and body,
So that I may serve you the rest of my life.

Lord,
You who miraculously healed so many,
Look lovingly upon all the sick in the world.
Let us present them to you just as the needy did when they asked for your help while you lived on earth.
Here are those who for a long time have been tested by sickness and who have lost hope to be healed.
Here are those who suddenly became paralyzed by infirmity and had to stop all activity and work.
Here are those who have family responsibilities but cannot correspond to them because of their fallen health.
Here are those who suffer from illness in body and soul that leaves them utterly disconsolate.
Here are those who are profoundly discouraged by their ravaged health and who do not have the spirit needed to get back on their feet.
Here are those without hope of cure and feel the lack of your strength.
Here are the sick that you love,
All those who need your help to get better.
Here are those whose debilitated bodies resemble your body immolated on the cross.
Lord,
Comfort with your grace all the sick.
Do not deny them your visit,
Help and word of comfort.
Lord,
When we are tested by sickness,
May we know how to unite our pains to your cross.
Lord,
Make us fight for the end of the suffering caused by injustice and the malice of men.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
