I went swimming today. And while I usually do lengths, today I became a child again and floated, rolled around, stretched, dove, did some handstands. I was a mermaid, connecting with water at every level. I played and experimented. It's my safe place. I love being weightless and have always been a water baby. I feel free. This piece feels watery and wavy. It's soft and gentle. Delicate and serene. It has a nice flow to it and connects me back to the lull and sense of peace I felt earlier today.
