Hello, And a big heartfelt welcome for joining me today. I'm really glad you're here. My name is Alyssa, And I am using today's space to talk about something that is really big on my heart. Something I would say I can sense the collective is really calling for. That meaning that whether people are conscientiously aware of it or not, There is some level of deep calling for clarity. For powerful clarity on this planet within each individual consciousness and the collective as a whole. Today, That's what we're going to talk about. I invite you to get comfortable, Grab something to drink if you want, Just get yourself into a real settled place where you just feel receptive and relaxed and like you're here to enjoy yourself. That is why we are here. We are here to have a smile on our face and to be more aware and more conscientiously a part of everything that is taking place. Thank you for being here. The idea of powerful clarity. What does that mean? What do I mean by that? Having clarity means that you're not having multiple ideas at once that are in conflict with one another. It also means how those ideas relate to yourself. How you want to express and experience in this life. Having clarity means that you are so clear on who you are, What you desire to experience, And how you relate to that in the world you live in. If you take a look at the world today, It would be of no surprise that the world is in a state of mass confusion. That's speaking of the collective as a whole. The reason for this, Part of the reason for this is because for so, So many millennia, Humans have not been aware that they are conscious creators, That they can get ahead of what they experience. We are living in a time where that is happening. People are awakening to who they are. They're realizing they're not just this physical body reacting to things, Going about their lives as a victim. When we have moments of that, That's totally without judgment. There's nothing wrong to having that experience. However, Our souls know on a deeper level that we are ready for more. When you're ready for something, That's when you ask for it. That's when you're ready to receive it. That will happen in an energetic level before it actually starts to manifest in the physical. That is what I am really excited to talk about today, Is this idea that humans as a whole, We share this planet, And we have some sort of agreement to be here because that's why we're here, Co-creating. Yet there's still a degree of being unaware of what one is here to do and what one is here to experience. I'm going to demystify a little bit of the confusion as to how we can generally be clear and how that general clarity can help you begin in a more relaxed state to create a crystallized personal clarity for why you're here. That's a pretty cool thing to do, I think. If you're hanging out with me up to this point, Thank you so much, And let's get into it. I would describe every direction that you can take with your decisions, With the kind of life path you're on, As being a sort of stream. Because we're here to experience a linear taste of life where it seems that there's time, It seems that there's a first and a second and a this and a that and a cause and a reaction that's built into the nature of this 3D experience. Because of that, I like to see the world as flowing in kind of two opposite directions. There's a positive flow, A positive stream, And a negative stream, And a negative flow. Both sides are necessary in this time and space. We need duality to be able to have an experience, And we need duality and contrast in order to be able to get clear on who we are and what we want to create. It's like an artist. They have to have a certain amount of limited tools to work with to be able to create something brand new. There has to be something to put your hands in and something to create contrast. Otherwise what you simply have is space. A big white blank canvas with nothing on it. If we look at the positive stream as being people who are completely in their flow state towards the direction of love, Unity, Service to others. I don't say that in a self-deprecating sort of martyrist sort of way. I say that as for the good of the all. You are part of the all. Everything that is good for others naturally has to be good for you. In general, Just the sense of unity, Of creating more light, Less dense experiences, More love, Just the sense of unconditional love, New creation. You get my drift. That's my drift on the stream. That's the positive stream. Then we have the negative stream. The negative stream is not a judgment. It's simply describing the opposite polar path. This stream has very intense fear-based motivation. It dominates. It thinks only of itself and what it needs at the cost of others. It views itself as separate from everything. I'm having this experience and everything else is separate from me. Again, That is part of our human nature to feel that way. That actually plays a big role into what some of the things we're going to talk about today. This idea that I am separate from you and I am having my own experience apart from you is something that is not cohesive and is not on the same frequency as love. Because love is the same thing as saying unity. Love is the same thing as saying the one, The all. All that is. That is what love actually consists of. Without getting into the metaphysics of all that, That's a super fun conversation for another time. I want to explore this idea of someone who can have a very charged experience, A very clear, Having a lot of clarity, Having a lot of focus, A lot of intention, And a lot of power down the negative stream. That is something that we would see and observe in our world as being people who are quote unquote evil or they are dictators or really just trying to control other individuals. People or entities or organizations that are completely dedicated to consuming for themselves at the expense and at the control of others. That stream is also flowing. The beautiful mix of being able to observe the both is what gives the possibility of both existing in this time and space. Straight off from the bat, We want to put a disclaimer that there's not a right or a wrong side. There's just an opposite charge. The charges that are constantly occurring in one direction or the other are very powerful. If you just hop on board of either one of those streams and you get crystal clear about what you want and who you are and how you intend to create it, You will flow rapidly in that direction. It is law. It is nature. However, This is where we get into what the majority of humans, And I'm not even talking about humans that are not doing real great with their lives, Unmotivated. I'm not saying trying to pick a group of people and saying that those are the people we're talking about. I'm talking about myself included, Anybody who is not at all times crystal clear purified in their desires, Purified in knowing what they want and being so attentive to that and focused upon that. This is the goal. This whole idea, Again, It's not to judge, It's not to say, Oh, I'm not doing this, I'm not doing that, Pointing fingers, It's none of that. This is just to open our minds and expand our consciousness to understand what's really going on, What is causing the confusion. When an individual or a society or any kind of entity is undecided on what stream they want to ride, And they are kind of hanging out sometimes in the positive stream, Sometimes in the negative stream, Kind of back and forth, Back and forth, Oh, I feel this really amazing opportunity to expand and love in this direction, But then, Oh, This triggered me, So now I'm just kind of responding and getting all jacked up with my creations and just really negatively experiencing over here. Fear jumps in, Pride jumps in, All this stuff. When an individual, Which is the majority of the planet, There are very few people on the planet that are very directly polarized towards the positive or the negative completely. There are some, But this is the stage in evolution that we're at, And this is why I feel like this is a relevant conversation, Is we end up being jumping in and out of both streams, And what ends up happening is the charge for creating and manifesting gets blocked. It gets gunked up. You almost lose charge one way or the other, And what ends up happening is you just are not that powerful in your life. You're not that powerful in what you can create. There's a lot of resistance. There's a lot of undecided shadow understandings about the self. There's all kinds of gunk, And ultimately what this stage in evolution is asking of us is to choose. We are here to choose, So to choose, Yes, I want to go down the negative path, Polarized towards manipulation, Fear, Separateness, Controlling, All that stuff, And I'm going to gain spiritual mass in that direction, And I'm going to evolve, And that is happening in that direction for some who choose, And there is no judgment because this is the way the universe operates in this time space. This is not how things are all the time everywhere. Believe me, Heads up, Spoiler alert, The negative path only can go so far in evolution because due to entropy and due to its nature, It will collapse within itself because it's not a sustainable path. It can only go so far. That's the good thing is that even though it appears that negativity exists and that it's out of control and that it's dominating and everyone's a victim and woe is us, It is not able to sustain itself. The good news is, Spoiler alert, You get to choose what your unique individual experience will be. So regardless of what other souls or consciousness chooses, You are here to stay in your own lane and choose for yourself. So then we have the polar opposite of the positive, Which is the evolutionary track that essentially takes you to the end. What it does is it ensures that your soul stays on the path that it naturally came to express. So what this would include is understanding, First of all, Who you are as an energetic being and starting to experientially know, Starting to have a direct experience of who you actually are in relation to the universe. And that is understanding the true self. And the reason I get into this right now is because there is no way to kind of hop around and skirt around this idea that we are separate and that we can just go and do our own thing and that we are in a bubble and that we do this on our own. There's no such thing as that in reality. And what ends up happening is if you decide for yourself, And this is the choices is yes, It can happen in the intellect and we can put our intentions and we should put our intentions in everything that we do. We shouldn't do a single thing without intention first, Without clear, Aware, Conscious attention. That's where we gain a lot of power. However, Until we become masters of doing that, It is a really, Really good practice and a really good thing to remember that the changes, The choices, I should say, The choice that we make to be polarized towards the positive, These are kind of just everyday little nuances that happen when we're awake, Living our lives. So they are very subtle and they are, It's kind of just a lot of it is subconscious programming that we've experienced and that's why we need to awaken to clarity. A lot of the things that we do, We might not necessarily feel are selfish or I don't know the best word to describe it, But this idea that like, That there's me and then there's you and you're out to hurt me, This victim mentality. The fact that that's happening is subconsciously driving our actions all day long. So what we kind of have to become aware of and what I mainly wanted to bring out on this talk today is that every time you bring awareness into your moment, Into your day, Every time you practice becoming aware that first you are, First you are the one and then anything that is experienced after that is a manifestation of you. So if you can wrap your mind around, And again, This is not really a concept for the mind. We're discussing it in this way because this is the language in which we have to communicate right now, But this is something to take into your own personal space, In your own meditation, In your own reflection, Self inquiry. As you do this, Ask yourself, Am I really separate from my experience? Am I really separate from anything that appears in front of me? Because if you can get to the bottom of that and you can begin to sense and directly experience that you are the one, That you are here to come and experience your unique perspective and flavor on life and stay in your own lane and let and allow all that is arising in front of you to just simply be there and not trigger you and not trip you up and not get you distracted. If you can begin to experience that in a very direct way, Essentially what happens is you start to become that powerful creator. You start to understand that there is nothing that can keep you from accomplishing what you came here to accomplish. And that's different for everybody and that also changes as we are here evolving. And so I just really challenge you to first see this experience that you're living right now as there's only two streams that have a very, Very powerful magnetic charge. They are the polarity of positivity and the polarity of negativity. And in my experience and in my just learning about this topic, I like to call it service to self and service to others. And I get these phrases from material that's called the raw material, R. A. , The law of one. And that's something that you can kind of look into yourself or maybe you've heard of, But it's really, That's a topic for another day and it's really, Really beautiful material. But basically what is described is that there is a choice to make in which you're going to view yourself as I am the only self and therefore everything I do is going to be focused upon me, Me, Me, Me, Me, And everything else is going to be kind of blocked out as separate. I'm not going to feel what you feel. I'm not going to experience what you're experiencing and I'm moving away and over you. But the service to others is knowing that the others are yourself, Knowing that there is the self and there are the other selves and that as we make decisions and we observe and we really tune into our present moment reality, We begin to understand that there is no way in which we are not connected to the all. And every single thing you experience is experienced in the whole entire consciousness that exists. The whole universe benefits from the experiences that you have individually. And this call for clarity, This call to understand what am I here to do? What am I here for? These are not, This is not what is your job? What is your, What is your quote unquote specific work you want to do or projects or hobbies or passions or things? Those are all flavors and you know, Parts of the experience. What you are really here to ask yourself is what is the flavor of creation that I have come to create here? And the best way that I found to do that is to ask yourself times in your life where you have really been lit up and you have felt that you are just so free and you're just so full of love and that you just wish that you could experience this one experience over and over and over again or you just wish you could reconjure up that one time when you dot dot dot. In essence, What you do is you ask yourself what the other person or what you were experiencing when that was happening and you generalize it and you just kind of encapsulate it into a sort of essence. So for me, I'm going to share with you what mine is and this is my powerful clarity and this is what allows me to live with intention and everything I do knowing that I'm moving towards and I can feel it in my body, I'm moving towards my evolution, Towards what my soul is calling for. My general calling, I guess you could call it, My general purpose is to experience and to have other people experience their souls expand while they realize it's them. So that might sound a little confusing and vague but the idea is that when I feel myself expand and there's almost that moment where I'm like, Oh wow, That just, I felt myself enlarge, I felt my heart grow, I felt something in me get massive and at that very same moment I realize that that is me, That is what, That is my clarity, That is what gives me direction in every single decision I make in my day, What I want to experience and what I want to help others experience. So for you, I'll just throw out a couple examples because it's much easier to understand if I do that. So having clarity and knowing why you're here and how to take that path could be one time or my very, Very favorite experience was watching the birth of my friend's child and at that moment when my friend had her baby, I just filled with something that was so intensely powerful and I just felt like this is the highest vibe feeling state that I've ever had and I just wish I could replicate this. So then the interesting thing is that it's not the birth of the child that is your calling, It's the feeling it gave you and the people around you that is the general flavor and your unique creational perspective of why you're here. So you could condense that into my calling or my clarity is people experiencing new life or people experiencing feeling welcome in the world for the first time or something like that. So for me, Like I said, Mine was expansion and self-realization at that same moment. So for me, Times in my life that I've experienced that that have lit me up like no other is when I was a child and I was pretending to be an actress or I was acting because that's what I was playing. I was acting and I was pretending I was on stage and I was being this character and at this one moment I would feel so much bigger than I was and all of a sudden I would know, Wait a minute, I am that and it would just like something in me would just go off and I would get the same feeling when I would draw for hours and my drawing would transform into something that was really amazing and really to me it I mean my drawings weren't that great but you get my idea like I was drawing and I was so impressed and I just felt like something that didn't exist before was coming here and that feeling inside of me was I was becoming whatever this drawing was I was becoming it and all of a sudden I was like, Wait a minute, I created that and that feeling is what I want to bring more into the world. I my heart's desire the thing that gives me goosebumps is when people I interact with or even if I'm observing them and I'm not directly related to it I'm just watching it like say I'm watching it in a movie or I'm hearing someone tell a story of something they're friended I'm observing the experience of people expanding and knowing that they are the creator whenever that happens in my experience I am on fire and it's so interesting it took me some time to really crystallize and condense and purify what it's called in words what I'm experiencing it took me a couple weeks to really narrow it down but that's basically it you take there can be different things that light you up but you know what your highest frequency feeling is you know what it's like when you feel in that God state of just you cannot even believe that you are here right now you did not know life could feel this good and I will tell you something whether it happens when you're alone or when you're with someone else or doing something for someone else or with someone else you are not the only one present when that is happening you are having a co-creative experience with the atmosphere world and energy around you and just knowing that will help you to more easily tune into this relaxation this knowing of I in the universe are one I am here to create more of that that feeling that flavor and the universe is the other cooperative side completely ready to support me and play with me because that's what it's always been doing and that's what it's been trying to signal me to do and once I have that kind of clear in my mind and I can write it down on paper and I can tell people about it and I can start to say oh when I make breakfast I'm gonna find little ways to create this feeling in what I'm doing right now that's how you become a creative a powerful creator that is when you become the creator of your experience is when you can move in from one experience to the other and now you're in the stream now you are in your stream and that stream has a charge it is a love charged stream and it is sending you effortlessly supporting you in every sort of way you can imagine and celebrating and dancing with you and you are just you are evolving now you are flying high and so that is what I observe is happening at least from one perspective I mean there's unlimited perspectives as to what is going on with our evolution and and things like that but this is for me what really kind of gets to the point gets to the heart of what is happening from my perspective and what people are calling from the only reason people are going to be stuck and feel confused and get cluttered in their lives and have a million thoughts running their lives and feeling victim to their emotions and feeling victim to everything going on is only because they are jumping back and forth between dualities not knowing why they're here not having had made a decision to flow in the current that their soul wants to go and that's why there's only two choices you can make you can go down the negatively polar a stream or the positive one and again it's no judgment it doesn't matter both need to exist and both will exist for as long as that's their nature and that's what the universe calls for but you cannot be flowing down the love charge stream looking backwards at the the negative one saying oh but what about this what about that no you can't you have to be focused you have to know why you're here and keep your creations clear and pure and you this is a process of knowing yourself accepting yourself as you completely are in this moment everything that has ever happened or ever experienced in your in your life is accepted and it's beautiful and it's a part of who you are and you're going to take all of that with you and allow the stream to purify for you the stream will clear the junk it will give you the fuel you need it will support you in every way that you want but you have to make a decision you have to know who you are why you're here and you have to begin creating in a very deliberate focused disciplined way and in the beginning it takes a lot of work but i mean i'm telling you from personal experience the more you do it the more it becomes its own natural way of being you you start running on a program that is built in your nature instead of old evolutionary ways that's part excuse me part of our problem is that we're taking millennia of programmed ways of operating with us into the future and it's not working these things don't work for us anymore we're past this we've evolved past this and the collective is rising towards unity consciousness and you can fight it as long as you want but all you're doing is making your experience more miserable you're better off making a decision and being clear in your intention and saying no i am so much more than this i choose to be here for why i came so that's what i wanted to share today i really appreciate you listening in today um and it helps us also to have a lot more compassion for the world and for people in our lives when we understand that they're just confused because they're not aware that they are jumping and being tossed about two different streams they're not they haven't made a decision because they don't know who they are and you can't operate from a powerful place if you do not know how powerful you are so those are just some of my thoughts on this and i hope that um it gives you some food for thought and it expands you and challenges you in some ways and if there's anything that just sounds completely ridiculous and does not resonate totally toss it i'm just here to share what has had the most impact in my life what i feel is the most cutting edge to what i've experientially experienced experientially experienced to to my direct experience right so um i hope that this gives you something to think about and again just to recap the idea and the the encouragement is to spend some time in reflection really questioning who you are versus what appears in front of you and as you begin to know who you are see what facet of the diamond what facet expression flavor perspective of the universe that you are here to create and as you can really condense that and understand and even put it in words what you're here to experience the essence you came to bring then you will be able to apply that in every single area of your life and your life will be joyous it will be on fire you will be living large so i am gonna wrap up here we have spent a nice amount of time together and i'm so thankful to have spent this time with you and i hope that this um has just blessed you and that we look forward to being together soon take care
