So today I was gonna go more podcast style and just kind of share a little rant,
A little rampage on worthiness.
And I have no clue where or what I'm gonna say.
I just feel like it's the theme I'm tuning into.
Okay,
So first off,
Anytime we're changing our focus or we're tuning into something other than what we were,
It's always good to check in.
And take a deep breath and just let it out and just bring ourselves back to that space of center.
Bring ourselves to that place of knowing that we are here in this moment and there's something to tune into and we are open.
And we are available for messages of our highest good,
Tuning into love,
Tuning into truth,
Tuning into our authentic being.
So with that being said,
And an intention set for feeling into resonance,
Saying to ourself,
I'm going to be a detective and a receptive observer to see what is mine and what's not.
Because just because someone is speaking doesn't mean that what they have to say is for you.
It's simply something to tune into,
Something to discern to see what feels right,
What feels good to you.
That is resonance.
Resonance is the heart saying,
Oh yes,
Yes,
Yes,
Yes.
So right now what is resonating for me is this topic of worthiness because I feel like it's a pretty hot topic on the internet.
And I just love that it's becoming the norm.
It's becoming mainstream to talk about higher vibrational topics,
To understand healing and energy and consciousness and all the good stuff.
And I just think that while it is amazing that it is so prolific in our now developing newer culture,
This culture of doing things,
Kind of going backwards and saying this is the way we've done things for so long.
That's just the tip of the iceberg,
What is really going on beneath the surface,
What is really going on energetically.
And understanding from an observable manner,
From a manner of this is my direct experience,
I can see this happening in my life,
How this stuff works,
How it makes sense.
How I know that I'm energy first and how I know that my thoughts create things and my focus brings about my reality and all the things.
And it's all good and it's all amazing.
But I just think there could be some clarity around this idea of spirituality,
Being enough,
Saying that we're creators,
Saying that we are worthy.
It all feels good.
It all feels like of course we would want that.
And that is your first indicator.
If it feels good,
You know it's true.
Your higher being is saying yeah.
Anytime you feel good,
You've hit it on the head.
That is resonance,
That is ringing true.
But then the flip side of it is that we can see this stuff and hear it so much and we can feel good about it,
But then we get a little bit confused I think as to what it would mean to be worthy,
What it would mean to be enough.
And saying it can somehow feel disappointing when you think that there's a mark to meet or a goal to measure or some sort of ability to measure your spiritual self or whatever.
Just this whole idea that you should be a spiritual being and you need to tune into spiritual things in order to heal yourself and in order to be enough and all this stuff.
And the way I see it is that spirituality is a term that's been connected to religion.
It's been connected to this idea that there is a party over here or a group over here that is spiritual and then there's the group over there that's not.
And then there's stuff in between and you should be spiritual and by being spiritual you can kind of have a better attitude towards yourself.
And I think that in the quote unquote spiritual community this is a little out of control and it makes sense why it would happen.
I mean the entire function of the ego is to form an identity that it's attached to that it can feel good about so it can have the illusion of feeling safe and protected and okay and good enough and yes worthy.
Which is hilarious because worthiness cannot cannot ever be derived from the ego from identity because identification means that there's something separate that you connect with to give yourself meaning.
And anytime something is separate from you it cannot be you and something that is not you cannot be worthy.
It's temporal,
It's a symbol,
It's an appearance and it comes and goes and you don't.
So let's just think about that for a minute.
You are a timeless being.
You are even before becoming aware of your being like practicing awareness,
Practicing mindfulness where you sense and you can observe that you exist,
That you are a being.
Before that can even take place,
You,
The essence of you,
The timeless you has to exist first.
And when we talk about being worthy,
We are not talking about stumbling across some newfound knowledge or this epiphany of like,
Wow I'm so much more than I thought I was.
I am worthy or wow I'm tuning into love therefore I am worthy or I'm being my authentic self therefore I am worthy.
It's none of that.
It's completely unrelated.
Anything that you can express,
Anything that you can develop,
Anything that you can become,
Become is a really good word,
Anything you can become has nothing to do with your worthiness and has nothing to do with who you actually are.
Because you are timeless,
You are outside of time,
You are consciousness before made manifest and your will,
Your desire to express,
Your desire to be in a certain way and to have certain experiences is something temporal,
Temporary that you firstly prepared,
Designed,
Decided you were going to do,
To have.
So you're having this experience right now,
You're listening to this.
And as you listen,
Your senses are engaged,
Your beliefs come up,
You have ideas about what I'm saying,
You have ideas about who you think you are,
Who you were,
Judgments on yourself,
Judgments on me,
Just not necessarily good or bad,
Right or wrong,
Just ideas,
Beliefs and things are all coming up because that is what is always engaged,
Always functioning as a soul becoming,
You're becoming in this moment,
You are experiencing in this moment.
When we talk about worthiness,
What we really need to understand,
In my opinion,
Is that your worthiness is a,
It's a quality about you that's infinite,
It's a quality about you that's outside of time,
It's a quality about you that we would label worthy because it is everything,
It is all that is.
It is the only thing that actually is.
And this is so key because we have such an identification about like me versus you,
You versus me.
You're over there and you're performing in this way and I have these thoughts and ideas about you over there and your worthiness I can measure according to how I feel about myself,
My worthiness I measure according to how the world is seeing me or I feel like I'm being seen in the world.
There's this immediate instant inclination to measure who we think we are with our experience,
And I am here today to say that it's all wrong and backwards,
Because think about it.
If you can constantly change.
If you can become something and then unbecome something if you can have an experience and now it's gone,
How can that be measured,
How could something that does not longer,
Does not longer,
Doesn't no longer.
See if I can spit this out.
Something you experienced,
You are no longer experiencing how can that be a measure of who you are when it doesn't exist anymore.
Got it,
Like,
The only thing that remains after an experience is the idea of it.
That's what memories are,
And we form identification over memories of who we think we've been based on ideas that are operating in the present moment.
But if you still yourself,
And you begin to tune into what is actually your direct experience what you're actually experiencing this moment,
You will begin to notice that every sense you have every single sensation or idea or thought that surfaces.
You are first before that.
Because really who is the one that is detecting sensations,
Who is the one that is having an idea come up who is the one that things are coming and going before.
That's you.
This is who you are and this takes quieting yourself down.
Having a meditation be a practice of just being still and observing and really learning how to strengthen your focus through not giving meaning to the things that are showing up because meaning again as a form of identification and all of this idea of worthiness is completely attached to the meaning we give things and worth has nothing to do with an opinion we form about something worth has to do worth is timeless and worth has to do with the inherent value of something something that is already intricate within that being something that cannot be taken away,
Something that is forever grounded in who you are.
And this is really I really want this to sink in like as you're listening worthiness cannot be taken nor given.
We can give value to things,
We can say that's a valuable experience.
Oh,
That was a less valuable experience we can give preference to things but that's not the same thing as worth.
And your worthiness is what is directly tied to you being able to experience the state of love.
And my very,
Very,
Very favorite kind of mantra or saying that I use for myself is this moment contains love.
And I say this because it always anchors me and brings me back into this place of I am already here I am always here,
And I immediately tune into the love tune into the worthiness tune into my timeless state by just simply recognizing it's already there.
And so,
This might seem all kind of like intangible or like a little bit of a stretch in terms of like how to feel this worthiness but I want you to hang in with me because I want you to really try to anchor into your heart into your,
Your knowing this I want you to try to kind of more tune into.
See if you can feel into what it must mean that you already are worthy.
So you're going about your day you have tasks to do ideas about how you're going to do them or how good you think you are at accomplishing them or how you feel like you are in whatever role you're playing parent friend,
Family,
Worker,
Whatever it is you're doing.
You have ideas about yourself that measure how valuable you think you are in this moment,
Or how,
How much you feel like you are have to offer to the world around you to how you are participating with your experience like how how valuable you feel you are to the moment.
And all of that is all wrapped up and all tied into ideas,
Thoughts,
Thoughts and judgments based on past memories,
Which are also ideas that don't exist in the present moment.
And yet,
You are trying to feel into that space to somehow conjure up a feeling of worth,
Like it's almost like we have to like build ourselves up and like,
And there's nothing wrong with like being your own cheerleader like you almost have to you do have to but this idea that like we can go out there and conjure up a feeling of worth like I can go and I can go find my worth,
It's just backwards it,
It will never ever truly anchor you in it might be like a symbol or a signal to help you feel back into that truth that dwells within you,
But you have to understand who you are in order to know your worth you have to understand that you are outside of your experience you are before your experience and as you navigate your life and you pause,
You pause throughout the day and you just take these moments to just see that,
Oh my god I'm here,
I'm here I exist,
I can sense this pure,
But very delicate energy of I am,
I exist right now.
Tuning into that is the same thing as saying I'm worthy,
It's the same thing,
It's the same when you tune into that and you do it regularly and you develop an ability to constantly course correct,
Come back to,
Come back to self,
Come back to what is first,
Keep coming back.
As you do that throughout your day,
A sense of worthiness is just going to start bubbling up and building up within you and all of a sudden you're just going to feel the love that is in this moment you're going to feel the source flow through you because that source is first and foremost and always there and always present.
So kind of like to conclude,
Worthiness is not something that you develop,
Worthiness is not something that you go out and you study and you find and you grow in.
Worthiness is,
It's there before you can identify it and the only way you can feel true worthiness,
That true sense of timeless worth is when you drop all the ideas about who you think you are,
About what you think life is,
You get quiet and you tune into that you already are.
And you do that enough times in a day and it only takes a couple seconds at a time,
You don't have to like hold this state for,
You know,
A half an hour or an hour I mean those are good,
Those are additional good practices and meditation to just go into if that feels good for you.
But this idea,
This practice of coming back to,
Coming back to and just reminding yourself through recognition,
Through seeing what is actually there in your direct experience,
Doing that again and again just for a few seconds all day long will form a habit where your consciousness will begin to shift and you'll start to feel like,
Oh yeah,
I remember who I am.
Oh yeah,
I know what it feels like to actually be in center,
To be in my experience,
To be grounded and anchored in the love that I am.
And that my friend is where worthiness really,
It really guides and directs and fuels everything that you do and that's where faith becomes easy because faith is the same thing as knowing who you are.
Faith is when you drop the concern about what is going to happen because you already know it's all done,
It's all taken care of and you are worthy.
So faith,
Tuning into who you are before your expression,
Before your experience,
All of this,
This is the goal,
This is to me is the only way that I have been able to flow from a point that is not human,
To flow from a source that I know is timeless,
To be from a place that is not about personality,
That's not about how I perform,
That's not about any of my attachments or any of my identifications,
None of that,
It just simply is.
And that practice my friend,
That's the good stuff,
That is how you know you're worthy.
I wanted to share this because I really wanted to help you really break down some of the assumptions,
Break down some of the mental patterns and the frustration that comes from seeking after something that's never going to deliver what you want.
You're always going to fail miserably when you reach outside of yourself to feel something that is inherent inside of you.
So I love you so much,

We are one,
We are all the same source,
We are all here having this experience rooted in that place of love,
Rooted in unconditional love,
Pure worth,
And anything that you go on with your day and you resonate with,
Anything that you go on and you feel into and you say,
Oh,
That feels like home,
That feels like truth,
That feels like me,
Anytime you do that,
You are putting in action that flow of love,
That flow of source,
That flow of who you are.
You're allowing the worthiness to be expressed in a way where other people in your field and other people on this planet can naturally see it,
Pick up on it,
Know it for themselves,
And also do the same.
So it's pretty amazing,
Come back to you,
Come back to that first experience,
Tune into that you are,
And the worthiness will naturally follow.
