Take a deep breath in.
Breathe out.
Relax your arms,
Your hands.
Become aware of three sounds that you're hearing.
Two things that you can feel.
Maybe the chair or the bed beneath you.
One thing that you can smell.
And as you're so present right now,
I want you to take a deep breath in.
And breathe out.
And as you breathe out,
Just imagine that you're standing at the top of a staircase.
A staircase that leads you to a place where you will meet your future self.
The future self who has manifested your wishes and desires.
So as you start walking down the stairs,
Feel the curiosity building up in your body.
Taking step one and two,
Take a deep breath in.
Taking step three and four,
Going deeper with every number I count.
Taking step five and six,
Feel the curiosity building up in your body.
The excitement about meeting your future self.
Taking step six and seven and eight,
Almost there.
Nine and ten.
You see the door right in front of you.
And when you open this door,
You'll meet your future self.
So now slowly touch the handle.
See what this door looks like.
And open the door.
Okay.
And as you open the door,
Just see how your book is in so many bookstores worldwide.
Maybe you see yourself walking into the bookstore.
And just see what your body feels like.
Notice how it feels to have accomplished your dream.
Okay.
And as you have seen your future self,
Let's now go back in time to the present moment.
I want you to see in your mind's eye how you are showing up consistently to write this book.
Where do you usually write?
When do you make time?
What does your environment look like?
What has helped you to write consistently?
And how do you feel when you write this book?
And you might see how inspired you are while writing this book.
How motivated you are.
Even if obstacles come up,
You still show up.
You are true to yourself.
You know that you can always find a way to make time.
You know that your message matters.
Okay.
Now take a deep breath in.
Breathe out.
And if this feeling of feeling accomplished,
Feeling that everything is working out,
Could have a color.
Which color would it be?
Okay.
Just see how this color is spreading through your whole body.
From your toes,
Towards your arms,
Towards your neck,
The top of your head.
Your whole body is filled with this color that represents this inner knowing that everything is working out.
And as you're feeling so relaxed right now,
I will count you back from one to five.
And you'll return to this moment feeling refreshed.
So one,
Slowly returning.
Two,
Feeling the energy in your body,
Feeling calm.
Three,
Noticing the temperature in the room.
Four,
Taking a deep breath in.
And five,
Eyes open,
Wide awake,
Ready for a new day.
