Totally amazing. So that's what focusing on the breath for 15mins! There is no choice but to surrender. I was able to go deeper into some uncomfortable feelings. Thank you. An extraordinary experience. I will be doing this often.

I don't know how to rate this. I found it very difficult. My breathe in burnt my nose and my head hurt in the front off centre to the left. Not sure what I was experiencing but there was a tension and a resistance here. I have been battling with focus in my waking life perhaps this is why I found this so difficult. I want to rate this 5 stars and 1 star at the same time. "Nobody said it was easy"
