In this meditation session, we’ll bring our full awareness to the field of vibration—within the body and all around it. Vibration is the natural expression of life, always moving, always communicating. By noticing it with clarity and presence, we allow our system to soften, realign, and return to a more balanced state. We don’t need to control or change anything—just witness how the vibration naturally adjusts when we pay attention. As we relax into this awareness, we’ll notice how inner tension begins to dissolve and how our body starts to harmonize with the wider energy of life. Vibration is not limited to the body—it extends far beyond, connecting us with the energy of the earth, the space around us, and the intelligence of creation. In this spacious state, harmony isn’t something we create—it’s something we remember.

Good morning and welcome my friend.

Let's focus this meditation to become aware of vibration in the body and around the body.

Let's sit comfortable or if you want to lie down that's perfect.

Let's start by observing how the breath moves in and goes out.

As you're breathing,

Try to do it with an attitude of being nourished,

Being loved,

Being taken care of.

As you inhale,

Tell yourself and feel that each and every cell of your body is being loved and receiving the life force,

The oxygen.

So you get more and more vital and relax with each breath.

Try to feel that the breath fills up your whole body.

It goes everywhere to your toes,

To your fingers,

To your face and you don't need to breathe deep and strong.

It's more breathing with full awareness to the effect of the breath on your whole being.

Now let's shift awareness to your hands and whatever they're touching,

If they're touching each other or if they're touching your thighs or any space your hands are touching,

Bring your awareness exactly there.

There is for the tiny tiny let's say space between the hands,

Let's say if they're touching each other,

So that exact point of contact,

Go with your awareness to there.

Or if your hands touching your thighs,

Go there,

Work whatever they touch.

Go to that exact tiny tiny space of contact and just be there,

100% focused.

Once you are acknowledging and recognizing the vibration,

The temperature,

The energy,

The life force in that point of contact,

Gently spread your awareness into the rest of your hands,

Your fingers,

Your arms and then slowly your whole body,

Gently recognizing the same vibration everywhere.

Don't rush it,

Go step by step,

Moving from the focal point of vibration into recognizing the same vibration in the rest of your body.

Vibration is the life force,

Vibration is the way the energy manifests in your body.

Try to be generalized,

If possible observing your whole body vibrates,

Everywhere,

Anywhere.

If you find it difficult,

So just stay focused wherever it's easy for you to feel the vibration.

Now let's expand a bit outside the physical body,

Just to the space that is very close to our skin,

To feel that actually the same vibration is surrounding us.

Yeah,

So we are in the aura field and the feeling is that the body is wider than its physical form,

But the awareness of the vibration is exactly the same,

Just bigger.

And let's expand further out,

So visualize a bit wider space around your body and let that space fill up with the same vibration.

Actually,

The whole creation vibrates,

It's only where our mind focused on that we think,

Ah,

It's now vibrating there.

No,

It vibrates everywhere,

The whole creation is alive,

Just the mind is not used to acknowledge that,

That's why we take it easy.

Good,

So now you're ready to open your awareness to infinity.

So you just release the mind from restricting the identity,

Restricting the expansion.

There's no need to restrict,

Because the truth is that you are everything,

Never-ending being.

So allow yourself to feel that you are a vibrational field that doesn't have a beginning,

It doesn't have an end,

That you are the awareness that is aware of the beautiful phenomena vibrating.

This state of being has a tremendous healing capacity,

So if you feel that any part of your human being is not feeling very well,

Just call that part to synchronize,

To harmonize with the infinite ocean of vibration.

So let's say I'm still feeling a bit sad,

Emotional,

Although I'm acknowledging the infinite space which I am,

I'm calling my heart chakra to synchronize with the infinite field of vibration.

If I feel that my mind is still tense and still generating movement of thoughts,

I'm calling my mind,

My thinking mind,

To synchronize with the infinite field of vibration.

And I'm sure you find it very,

Very pleasant as your physical form,

Your emotional form,

Your mental form is dissolving and you transform into one vibrational field.

This is very relaxing,

Very healing and generating.

I want to encourage you to practice this as much as possible and to bless you with a beautiful,

Beautiful day and beautiful life.
