By letting go of tension and surrendering to stillness, you open the door to a night of restorative rest, waking renewed and in harmony with yourself.

Hey my friend,

Big welcome.

Let's dedicate this meditation to help you fall asleep in a blissful way.

Make sure you're lying down,

Very comfortable.

Choose the position that works for you the best.

And let's start by taking a few deeper breathing,

Not too strong.

Just become aware of your whole body as if it's a balloon.

And when you inhale,

Feel that the breath is widening gently that balloon.

When you exhale,

You release tension and relax.

Again,

Breathing deep into the whole body.

Let it open up,

Let it receive air to all its distant corners and then exhale and relax.

One more time,

Deep breathing into the whole body.

Exhale and relax.

Now bring your awareness into the whole body without breathing deep or without controlling the breath.

Just try to imagine your body from inside.

And feel that your body is actually a vibrational field.

As if you're aware of the space,

The inner space of your body.

And you start to notice that that space is completely alive.

It's vibrating.

It's full of life.

Your legs are vibrating.

Your arms vibrate.

Your head and brain vibrating.

Your chest and abdomen vibrating.

Your pelvic floor vibrates.

And now try to again have a whole image or awareness that the whole body vibrating together.

Each and every corner of your body is alive.

It vibrates.

Now widen your awareness outside your body to your energy field,

To your aura.

And allow yourself to recognize the inner vibration is as well around your body.

And slowly allow the tension accumulated in your physical form to dissolve and synchronize with the beautiful vibration in your aura.

Around your physical form.

Take time and allow that to happen.

Trust the process.

And know that when your awareness is widened to the physical form,

Your physical form gently will relax,

Will release tension.

The only job your mind need to occupy with is to unite the external space and the internal space.

And like this the tension will dissolve.

And like this the tension will dissolve.

Making sure that you're sleeping soundly and very deep and comfortable.
