Be welcome for everybody,
Let's focus,
Let's connect,
Let's pay attention first of all to the breath,
How it moves in the body.
And bring this attitude of permission to be nourished,
That the nourishment is available for us.
And we bring this attitude of feminine,
Of softening,
Of receiving.
Normally in life we're doing,
We're moving,
We're acting always in order to receive something we're doing.
But here we want to do completely opposite,
We want to feel that we're opening up to receive.
So this is a complete opposite direction of our energy system,
Our mind,
It doesn't even check how we're doing,
It just follows on being in receiving mode,
In softening mode,
In opening mode,
Acknowledging that the nourishment of life is available 24-7.
The only thing we need to do is acknowledge it and soften to it.
So it's not only softening our face or relaxing,
It's also acknowledging that we are part of a whole that breathes together,
That lives together.
So as we're softening our body,
Our mind,
We're also acknowledging that we are connected.
So the softening allows connection.
So we're aware of the movement of the breath from infinity into the body,
That's a way of connecting.
We are aware of the space around us and the space inside us in communication.
Let's be aware of our emotions and connect to that emotion of vulnerability,
Softness,
That opposite of I need to be always strong in life and to make sure that everything happens.
Now I'm soft,
Now I'm receiving.
So let's say,
Invite our skin to receive,
Becoming aware of the skin everywhere,
All over the body,
Visualizing that the pores of the skin are opening like million small doors or portals through which the life force,
The breath,
The light,
Everything can communicate freely,
Inside out.
No effort,
Just attitude.
And that the nourishment of the life force that comes from everywhere,
Let's acknowledge its everywhereness,
Let's acknowledge with our awareness the infinite space that we are part of,
And acknowledge that that infinite space is so vibrant,
So alive.
And invite through this attitude of nourishment that that infinite space with its vitality will caress our being,
Will touch our heart,
Will touch our organs,
Our emotions,
And as we are holding this awareness of infinite vibration in and out of the body,
Let's specifically recognize our nervous system,
Or maybe better saying,
A nervousness feeling somewhere in or around the body.
And the sense of nervousness doesn't necessarily have to be in the body,
It can be in the energy field,
In the aura as well.
So try to locate it with your awareness,
Where do I feel tension,
Where do I feel like a general sensation of a busyness or buzziness that doesn't feel comfortable,
And bring to it that attitude of nourishment,
Of love,
Of vulnerability,
While you're inviting it to communicate with the infinite space.
Now let's be more specific with the nourishment of energy into our meridian system,
And let's focus on what I call the Golden Waterfall,
Which is the nourishment of the heavenly energy through our body all the way down to the earth,
And just invite that flow to flow in the front,
In the sides,
In the back of your body,
Softening into it.
Make sure that the front is flowing in harmony,
So when you pay attention you can visualize,
See and feel that the life force is moving through the front of your body all the way down,
From deep inside the body all the way outside the body,
As if there is a channel or canal through which the life force is moving.
It's not that thin,
It should cover the whole front of the body,
As if there is a river of light flowing inside you.
Good,
Let's do the same in the sides of the body,
Remember that the energy follows image,
So we want to visualize and acknowledge that the trajectory from heaven through the sides of the body all the way down,
Our legs,
Our feet into the earth,
And the energy must flow deep inside,
In the very core,
In the center of the body,
All the way to infinity,
So our energy system doesn't stop in the skin,
It's infinite.
But for us to feel in harmony and to feel good,
It must flow everywhere,
In and out.
Okay,
Let's do the back as well,
Exactly the same,
Acknowledging the trajectory and inviting the life force to flow very deep in the body and as well to infinity in the same time,
As if this river of light,
Or canal of light,
Has an infinite spectrum.
Wonderful,
Let's bring back our awareness to our awareness,
Okay,
So until now we used the awareness to become aware of different things,
Now let's emphasize the awareness itself,
That place from which we are aware of everything,
And let's invite this awareness to become infinite,
And just to explain that this is very,
Very,
Very subtle there,
But it's important to understand that the awareness itself really never moves,
It is an infinite space,
What moves is the mind,
So for us to be aware of anything,
As well as the whole creation,
We need the mind to do this,
Let's say,
Visualization or acknowledgement,
Then we are aware of everything.
Okay,
So let's say,
Allow the mind to expand to infinity,
And as we're holding that infinite space,
Let's say,
Invite synchronization between our human being,
Human form,
Human existence,
And that infinite space which we are made from,
We are that really.
Like the meridians,
As I explained earlier,
Are infinite,
Everything is infinite,
We're vibrating as a separate being,
A human being,
In the same time as we're vibrating as the whole creation.
Our cells know,
Every cell knows that,
Every atom knows that,
Everything knows that beside our mind,
That operates in duality,
In separation.
So now we're coming home,
Now we're readjusting with the simple truth of how things are.
So as we're holding this space,
Let's say,
Check in while holding the space,
And see if any aspect of our existence still is kind of off-tuned,
Is kind of vibrating in a way that it doesn't feel comfortable,
While other parts feel very comfortable.
Let's invite our heart center to harmonize,
To synchronize with that infinite space which we are,
Which everything is.
The most powerful acknowledgement that a human being can have is exactly that,
That you are all there is.
While being a human being,
You are the whole creation.
Once you understand that,
What we need to do is just to,
As much as possible,
Allow our existence to vibrate in that way.
Then we feel good.
And of course it's not always possible,
But when we meditate especially,
That's a very sacred time to readjust,
To come home,
To recalibrate with Source.
So let's invite our heart center to recalibrate,
Meaning that we invite it to synchronize completely with the whole creation.
If affirmation helps,
We can affirm that I'm inviting my heart center.
To synchronize with the whole creation,
Which am I.
It's not that you're pushing something out from you.
You are already out,
You are already everything.
You're just inviting parts of you to you.
Let's do the same and invite our solar plexus to synchronize with the infinite creation.
And this can only take place if you're already there,
If you're already that.
It's not something we stay little as we normally operate and just say an affirmation and hope it will happen.
This will not happen.
You first have to acknowledge and feel the infinite being which you are.
Then you're calling parts to synchronize.
Let's open the circle by visualizing that we are entering into that circle of light being,
Circle of love,
Of positivity,
Of unity.
And feel that once we are locating ourself in the circle,
We are nourished by the circle and we are nourishing the circle.
Just by acknowledgement,
I am part of it.
Okay,
So intuitively place yourself wherever suits you in the circle.
And start to acknowledge that you are part of that.
And start to acknowledge that the circle is alive.
It has power to it.
And when you inhale you can receive the power to harmonize.
And when you exhale you're giving it.
So we all benefit,
We all grow,
We all harmonize.
And let's take a minute to invite loved ones,
Family,
Friends,
Or anyone we want,
We wish to,
Into that space that we are sharing so they as well can benefit from this beautiful energy of unity.
Wonderful.
So as deeper as we go,
The effect is more powerful for our life,
For our day,
For our nervous system.
And something stays,
Although as we finish the meditation we move into our day,
But something stays.
And as we are visiting more and more that place of unity,
That acknowledgement of the truth of who we are,
It becomes more who we are and less a temporary visiting place.
This is the Garden of Eden.
Let's stay there as much as possible.
