When we shift our focus beyond the ups and downs, we begin to see that nothing is truly separate—everything is connected in a perfect flow. In this space of unity, there is no need to resist or fight, only to recognize the wholeness that has always been present. Let’s soften into this truth and allow ourselves to rest in the vastness of existence. When we release the illusion of separation, we discover that life is not against us—it is carrying us. Everything is unfolding as it should, and in this moment, all is well.

Big welcome my friend,

All is well.

Let's talk about it.

Let's make sure that you can feel,

Although life is very challenging,

That underneath everything is okay.

The way to do it is by realizing that you are part of everything and not separate from everything.

In that,

We start to feel vibration that allows us to feel united with everything.

Normally,

By default,

We're pulling the energy,

The life force available for us and shrinking into a very tight box called me.

And then I'm here,

Life is there.

I try to make life comfortable by satisfying different desires and I'm eliminating what is dangerous.

Sometimes it works,

And many times it doesn't work and the mind becomes too strong and really pushes us out of presence and tells us that life is really a bad place to be.

When that's the situation,

We have to revert back in and to start to harmonize our mind,

Harmonize our energy,

So we can come back into unity and a sense that actually I'm one with all,

I'm not separate from everything.

By default,

We have the tendency to pull in,

To shrink in and to separate.

We must teach ourself the opposite.

We must teach ourself to open up and relax,

To open up and to enter into a state of unity.

That's what allows us to feel safe.

When we start to feel the vibration in the body uniting with vibration outside the body,

The light which we are uniting with the light which everything is,

The pleasure which is inside the body unites with a sense of unity and pleasure with all there is,

Those sensations giving us a sense of wellness.

And then we can relax.

It's difficult to relax when we are in separation.

It's easy to relax when we are moving into unity.

So,

Please make sure that you're taking time to unite.

You're taking time to feel and allow yourself.

Make sure that you're taking time,

Allowing yourself to feel that unity which is actually who you are and what everything is.

To allow yourself to connect with the infinite breath that comes from the whole creation into your body and goes back to the whole creation.

It's a form of unity.

Allow yourself to connect with vibration in the body and outside the body,

The infinite field of vibration.

Allow yourself to connect with love that is everywhere in you and all around you.

Allow yourself to connect with the beauty and the power of creation,

Again,

Which is in you and all around you.

Directing your mind to unity versus separation.

Once you feel united,

Then you can relax.

Then you can take your guards off and really feel that you are blessed in bliss.
