But to focus this meditation in the light of the birthday that I just had yesterday.
Yeah,
To emphasize the real birthday,
Which is the birthday from the ego.
Into the light.
This birthday is available for us all the time,
Really.
Yeah,
And if we are not there,
We are in hibernation or we are still in pregnancy.
Yeah,
So we create in the you choose for ourself with our ego when we think that we are who we are.
And then we're engulfing ourself with the identity,
Which is just a thought.
And then we give birth to ourself the minute that we letting go of that.
And this can be on,
Off,
On,
Off,
On,
Off.
And then hopefully it's more on than off and on,
On,
On,
On.
On,
On.
So that's the birthday,
Yeah?
That's the light,
The birthday to the light.
And how do we,
Giving birth to ourself into the light?
You can say it's quite straightforward,
Simple,
Really.
It's when the mind stop taking identity when it thinks.
That's really what's happening.
And the master who was the disciple of Ramana Maharishi and the teacher of Muji,
He just said,
Be quiet.
And I think be quiet is so beautiful and so simple and so profound,
Because what really needs to be quiet is the mind,
Really.
It needs to be quiet.
And it's not about just sitting in meditation,
Quiet mind,
But it's all the time asking myself,
Am I quiet?
Or what's happening right now?
Am I quiet?
And you see for yourself that when you are quiet,
There are no problems,
Really,
There are no problems.
Yeah,
There is no,
Because there is nobody there to have problems.
And when you're quiet,
You can also see very clearly when your mind is asking for attention and doing something,
Just to pull,
To pull back into the center,
To pull itself back into the center and to move away from quietness.
You And this really is the birth day or the birth moment when we say to the mind,
Okay,
I hear you,
I see you,
But it's okay.
I can be without you really.
Not without you to manage my daily things,
But I can be without you when I don't need you.
I don't need you now.
So without you,
I can feel more quiet,
More comfortable.
I can use you to go shopping or to plan beautiful things,
But just to be your slave,
Just to respond to your anxiety,
No,
We don't need that.
So this is the work,
That's where we are.
Just asking ourself,
Am I quiet right now?
And it's not something to talk with the mind about,
No,
You should be,
Why I'm not,
No.
Just something to move beyond,
Yeah,
And just be with the stillness that is beyond the sound,
Beyond the noise.
Okay,
So let's practice that.
So what I want to invite us all is just to check within ourselves the level of noise and stillness that we are experiencing within our system right now.
Just check.
And.
.
.
If you're finding a noise it doesn't mean that you are noisy,
Yeah?
What I mean is that if you're finding noise,
Meaning that your mind is busy or your emotions are anxious,
It's not really you,
So there's no need to identify with that.
But you can notice that there is a loud noise inside your system right now.
And the one who noticing it is actually the stillness,
Is the stillness.
So you're already still,
You're already quiet,
But the kind of weight is going towards the noise,
Because it's noisy.
So when you pay attention to the noise,
And noise doesn't have to be necessarily strong thoughts or fast thoughts.
It can be also uncomfortable emotions.
It can be bothering by physical discomfort.
When you pay attention to those.
So if you can pay attention from the side of the stillness,
Meaning from the side that sees that,
But can take a stand if to be that,
To identify with that,
Or to stay kind of observing,
Say,
Whoa,
It's really messy there.
But let's take a step back from that.
Now the messiness doesn't have to be only strong thoughts.
It can be a sense of underlying anxiety when the nervous system is not comfortable,
You know,
It feels buzzy and busy and kind of not rested at all.
Maybe the mind is okay,
More or less,
But maybe the nervous system doesn't feel okay.
You know that as well,
You are observing that.
So let's pay attention to where are we observing,
Because if we put more attention on the observer,
And less of what's being observed and what's being identified as me,
Then it'll be easier for us to move back into being quiet.
So let's take a minute and kind of map for ourself.
The quiet part within us.
And the noisy part within us.
Noisy slash emotional slash physical discomfort slash energy discomfort.
Quietness,
Equals presence.
Equals space equals heart.
Technically speaking,
Directing the energy from the forehead and the eyes downwards towards the heart,
But not so much from the front,
Not like a straight waterfall coming from the forehead,
Face into the heart center.
More take the energy backwards,
As if behind the heart,
Or a bit moving backwards.
This is more effective,
At least from my personal experience.
A bit like a swan that is kind of resting his head,
His beak,
Inside his chest,
Its feathers,
Not to the back but to the front.
It's kind of nodding down and relaxing his head inside his chest.
Allows shift to be there.
Even if around you,
Meaning in you,
Or maybe around you there is noise,
Sounds,
People talking.
Or maybe.
.
.
Your mind is talking,
Or maybe your emotions are still not comfortable,
Or the energy is buzzy and anxious.
But allow your mind to be inside your heart,
Allow it to be there.
Trust that when you're directing your mind into the center of your heart chakra,
The middle of your chest,
It will gradually pull the mental activity,
The nervous system activity into quietness,
Into stillness.
Trust it.
Trust that process.
Wonderful.
If you just keep like this long enough,
It will come into harmony.
But if you want to speed it up a little bit.

So,
You can add to the object of awareness beside the heart center.
You can add a sense of nervousness in your whole body,
A sense of anxiety in the whole body,
A sense of something is wrong in the whole body.
A sense of the mind tells you,
Please give me something because I don't feel satisfied.
The mind tries to push you from this quietness.
Try to recognize this busy and buzziness in your body.
Understanding that it's really just an overstimulated nervous system,
Really.
And knowing the theory and trusting the theory that if you just rest your awareness on that it'll start to calm down because your awareness,
In fact,
Is the whole creation.
Or is the consciousness,
The infinite consciousness,
Applied and directed to your nervous system?
Find the tension in your nervous system and rest your awareness on it.
Trust that it will calm down and transform.
Be precise.
Try to locate the exact layer in which that nervousness is manifesting the strongest.
The minute you're on it,
You'll notice immediately that your breathing becomes shorter.
Maybe you become more emotional.
Maybe you feel more nervous.
It means you're spot on.
That's great.
Just rest your awareness,
And you'll see that very fast.
It'll start to change and you're gonna feel more relaxed,
More comfortable.
After you dissolved the first layer of tension,
Just start to expand your awareness further out,
Away from the center of your body,
And you're going to find another layer.
Be there is the same technique.
Remember that that awareness you are directing to that layer of tension In fact,
It's the whole creation,
The infinite consciousness being directed through your awareness into your nervous system.
It's very auspicious,
Extremely powerful.
Wonderful.
Now.

Let's expand our awareness outside our body.
You might have done it already,
But let's do it consciously now.
And let's acknowledge that the space in which we are sitting is extremely and completely vital and alive.
Acknowledge I am sitting inside a vital,
Alive space.
And you can feel that the whole space around you and the space inside you transforming into an ocean of vibration,
An ocean of movement,
An ocean of vitality.
Then you expand further your awareness and inviting it to become boundless,
Infinite.
So your mind now is aware of the whole creation.
Your mind is infinite,
Infinite consciousness.
Completely boundless.
Beyond time,
Beyond space,
Beyond life and beyond death.
Your mind right now.
Is let's say the material.
From which the whole creation being created.
Sustained and always is.
Now the fact that your mind is infinite doesn't mean that your physical human form caught up with that infinity.
Can still hold a lot of tension inside it,
That's okay.
But your mind is already knowing the truth,
Is already established in the truth.
This is the quietness that Papaji is talking about.
This is the stillness Papaji is talking about.
This is the stillness that Ramana Maharishi was teaching in,
Because he was that,
He is that.
And right now,
You are that,
Exactly the same.
So let's go deeper.
And as you are so expanded.
An infinite invite parts of you that are still in low vibration,
Meaning you feel them in separation from the wholeness.
And invite them to join that infinite boundless being which you are and everything is.
Let's invite our heart center to do that.
I'm inviting my heart center.
To expand boundlessly.
Too soon.
The Infinite.
Expansion.
Okay,
You are already all there is.
And you're inviting your heart to synchronize with what you are already.
You're not pushing from inside out.
They are inviting from outside what appeared to be inside.
And then let's go to our solar plexus,
Just below the chest,
The upper part of the stomach or abdomen.
And let's invite the solar plexus to catch up and synchronize with the whole creation.
You're already the stillness,
You're already infinity and you're calling bits and parts to join.
But you're already that,
You've always been that.
You've always been stillness,
Quietness,
Infinity,
Always.
Now let's do the same with the base chakra and second chakra meaning the area of the pelvic floor and the second chakra above the pubic bone below the navel.
I'm inviting those two energy centers to synchronize with the infinite consciousness,
Which am I?
And gradually you feel that you're dissolving completely.
That you don't have beginning and end,
That the distinction between your physical form and the infinite being which you are becoming less and less distinct.
You just feel that you're transforming into God.
Consciousness,
Meaning being,
But not being somebody or being as somebody.
Or through somebody or something,
Just being.
When we doing this work,
We're doing until there's no movement.
There are not two.
It's not like somebody is observing something.
That somebody and that something become.
Completely one energy.
So,
As long as you feel that you're observing something,
Surrender more.
Let go more.
This is the quietness we are talking about.
When we stop doing,
Stop needing,
Stop becoming.
When being is strongest than anything else.
Then we don't need anything.
We are completely,
Completely satisfied.
That's when we know we arrived home.
If there is still some anxiety,
Some dissatisfaction or anything of that,
It's no problem and no need to judge.
Just observe and understand that those sensations are just your nervous system is still busy.
Call it home.
Call it a surrender.
It'll do it.
You are the boss.
Wonderful.
So this space of pure consciousness is the purest space ever been,
Ever will be.
As we're practicing,
We want to support all human beings and all beings in general to experience this space.
So we can use the fact that we are connecting to this high vibration or the highest vibration possible right now.
And to invite others being,
Humans,
Animals,
Plants,
Planets,
Whatever you want.
Invite them to join.
To experience this space which you are experiencing,
Which we are experiencing.
So you can call anyone you'd like to into this space.
To enjoy this blessing of unity which we are experiencing right now.
As you're doing this work,
That clarity of stillness will become deeper and deeper.
A present in your system.
As the noise of the ego of the mind kind of relaxes,
The clarity and the light of being shine stronger and stronger and stronger.
So no matter what is your circumstances in life,
Please don't let that one off.
You can let go of other things,
But not this one.
Because that's why we are here,
On this planet.
To realize exactly that,
Our unity with all there is.
This is our birth.
Birth from the ego into freedom,
Into the light.
