This invitation,
Breathing,
Meditation,
Movement,
Invitation is being recorded in a public park so you will hear the sound of people,
Birds,
Cars,
Planes,
Children.
I invite you to honor the unique sounds in your space.
So let's begin with some grounded breathing.
If you are not already outside,
I invite you to move close to a tree underneath the canopy of branches and leaves.
And if you are not near a tree,
All is good.
Notice and honor the sky and the clouds above you and the ground and soil beneath you.
This invitation is meant to move us into intentional unhurried movement,
Grounding us,
Opening us.
So let's start with a really deep breath all the way in.
Slowly out.
Let's breathe in deeply together,
Honoring our lungs and our brains and our hearts and our bodies deeply in.
Slowly out.
As we breathe in,
We honor and invite extra attention and intention for unhurried movement,
Noticing our feet against the earth,
Our weight against the earth,
Noticing trees and their details,
Noticing the sky and the critters and the birds that we share it with.
So let's breathe that intention and attention deeply in.
Slowly out.
Let's breathe that same intention,
Unhurried movement,
Presence deeply in.
Slowly out.
Let's breathe in deeply,
Invitation and awareness for the breeze and the warmth of the sun and springtime blossoms,
The buds and branches,
The budding flowers.
So breathing in the breeze and the blossoms deeply in.
Slowly out.
That we breathe in the wisdom of spring,
The wisdom of blossoming deeply in.
We breathe out life and energy to all that's blossoming around us and in us.
So let's breathe deeply in,
Blossoming energy,
What is emerging,
What is reaching,
What is being created inside of us.
Deeply in.
Slowly out.
And so I invite you as you move,
As you move and listen,
Move and open,
Opening your heart and your eyes and your experiences as a present participant in the natural world and the world around you as a present participant to all that is blossoming within you.
Invite you to move with openness,
Self-compassion and emergence.
And if you need to,
To bring yourself back into your grounded state,
Your present state,
I invite you to pause at occasional trees and honor your deep breath.
So let's do one final deep breath together as we move into the moments and gifts I had deeply in honoring,
Honoring all that's in us and around us.
Slowly out honoring all that is in us and around us into blossoming into new life.
