Hey everyone,
It's me,
Janet,
And this week I am recording a five-minute sound bowl for you.
So this sound bowl is in the F chord,
Which is connected to the heart chakra.
So things may come up regarding maybe relationships,
Love,
Self-love,
And it may be positive or it may get you pretty emotional.
And if that happens,
Just let it happen.
Don't judge yourself.
Just go with it.
Let it out.
And yeah,
So this should be about five minutes long.
I would get into a comfortable seat or if that means laying down,
Lay down,
Get blankets,
Pillows,
Whatever you need.
And whenever you're ready,
You can close your eyes if that's comfortable for you.
Go ahead and take a big deep breath in through your nose and a big clearing breath out of your mouth.
And then again,
Big deep breath in through your nose and a big clearing breath out of your mouth.
And then one more time,
Big deep breath in through your nose and big exhale out.
From here,
You'll just gently close your mouth,
Breathing in and out of your nose.
Again,
You can close your eyes if that feels comfortable for you and enjoy.
So so so gently start to take another big deep breath in through your nose and a big exhale out.
If you have time,
Feel free to lay here in a meditative state.
Otherwise,
You can go ahead and roll yourself over to one side.
Taking a moment to just check in with yourself,
Seeing how you feel.
And then slowly bring yourself up to seat.
And maybe bringing your hands to your third eye and gently bowing down,
Acknowledging the practice,
Acknowledging yourself.
